    Kari had posted some pics of Tony Belleci with a cannon on her twitter yesterday, so I'm guessing it was that group. Those pictures have been removed from her twitter now. I wonder why?

    I had my C64 a year before I got the disk drive. I remember the game "Beachhead" loaded from tape. 15 minutes of load time, then flip the tape over, and 15 more minutes of load time. Man, I loved that game....

    The jack is recessed so that the majority of headphones wont physically fit into it, including Apples standard iPod headphones. You can get an adapter, which is basically an extender, but why??

    If you read the article, it says that the DAB frequencies are not available for use in the US. This system uses the current frequencies to carry the digital signal along with the analog one.

    I would agree that Jesus would be more akin the peace loving hippy (minus the drugs, probably), American Christians are to possesion oriented, and that most of them don't have a good grasp about the true nature of Christianity, but I STILL don't see how border protection is antichristian. Anyway, to quote Homer Simpson, if I'm wrong, I'll recant on my deathbed.

    There are reasons for border control other that keeping poor people out. You can not successfully protect your population from crime, disease, and (republicans favorite word) terrorism without controlling in some way who can come in and out of your country. Also, border protection does not in anyway preclude helping poor people in other countries. Since Christ never specifically addressed anything like this, I don't see how you can make such and an authoritarin statement about what He would think.

    I've never met a "Social Conservative" who opposes immigration, no matter what country it is from. I've met plenty of them who opposed ILLEGAL immigration. Is it anti-biblical to expect the rules to followed?

    The online apple store is seriously slashdotted at the moment. I gave up and just called them (1800myapple) order by ipod shuffle 1 gig, no waiting....

    Except for the waiting for it to arrive......

    I've been running this for a while. It just runs on regular Windows, not the XBOX. It is just a port of the XBOX Media Program. Not bad for keeping a nice queue of DIVX movies at the ready for the kids.

    The article didn't mention this, but last year at their Smyrna, TN plant (where the Pathfinder, Xterra, Altima and Maxima are made) they had 10,000 cars in inventory destroyed in a hail storm. That's a lot of dough (10,000 x $20,000 to $30,000). The vehicles they make at this plant in Canton are even more expensive.

    Mod Parent -1 Idiot. I have a version 1 and version 2 ipod that are both formated FAT and play itunes music store songs without a problem.
    You bought an ipod without an on the fly playlist feature and were never told you would ever have one. How is that a load of crap? They should develop software upgrades for older models they no longer sell???

    Trillian 2.0 pro beta already uses the msn 6.0 protocol. The free version still uses the old version, and will have to be updated.
