yes, but the honor system has gotten people that wouldn't normally pvp flagging and running around killing npcs in the name of phat lewt. that can make it rather hard to do the non-pvp thing even if you're on a pve server like I am.
hey, its legal to make copies of your dvds in the US, what's not illegal is breaking the encryption that they're stored in. once you get past that, you're golden, but before you're boned.
yes, but they're also the type of people that could come up with some way to get it on there anyway as if it had a DVD drive, it wouldn't install, thus making this discussion moot.
yes, but gamestop's web site allows you to enter your zip and they'll tell you if something is in stock at stores near you, which is very nice. Hopefully, they'll make one ubersite that has all the good stuff on it that both have.
Yes, I believe that is the grandparent's point. How is google supposed to survey the upteen billion pages, and decide what is subjective and what are the facts?
There is, but you can't stealth into a shop and steal stuff, nor take anything from other players. The best you an do is to get some random things of humanoid mobs, but they just nerfed pickpocketing too. It might be all that you can get now is just cash off the mobs. I have a feeling that this is what blizzard has put into WoW to partially offset the lack of end game stuff. As it stands now you can't hand down stuff to alts, they have to go get the good stuff themselves.
I'd imagine that you'd want to get as much of the 6 billion dollars people spend on them too. LIke it or not, the ability to have 50 cent coming out of your phone is big business. Why do you think apple cares about it? The ability to have your itunes songs be your ringtones explodes their market.

There's already an option for that for the ipod shuffle. I'd imagine that there's some way to either enable it for other ipods, or bug apple enough that they'll add it for other ipods like they did with the shuffle music and other options for the 4th gen ipods.
I'd imagine that they call home when you connect it to your computer. I'd also imagine that if you downloaded a bunch, synced it, then never connected it to your computer again, they'd still work. Not sure though, there might be some time stamp ID thing on the player hardware as well.
I've got an old Nintendo Power somewhere around here that says they were shooting for compatability, but decided against it so the system wouldn't be held back. I'm sure a good bit of that is market speak, but they have admitted that they were going for it at one time.
yes, but the UK's election system is also very different than the US's. Our campaign lasts 9 months, and happens every 2 years. doesn't work like that for y'all. I'm not sure that limiting the amount of "information" (and I use that term very loosely) that candidates can have out there is necessarily a good thing given how well people in the US are informed.
that's what I thought of too, but it would be soooooo much better if you displayed the data, and had a guy at each end, one saying one, zero, zero, one.... and the other typing it in.
I agree about the motors, I haven't missed them with my wavebird, and actually now prefer not having it. I have a new rule when it comes to controllers, no wires. The wavebird is just so wonderful, that I can't play when I have to use the corded controler for things like Donkey Konga. Nice to see that another company is doing them first party.
Yeah, there's a reason that you can't really see the "per month" on that cat commerical. They want you to think. iTMS = 10k Napster = 15. They don't want you to think, 15 FOREVER.
They won't do that, as then you can pay 15 bucks, get 80 thousand songs. Then cancel. Which is the opposite of what they want you to do. Which is pay them 15 dollars a month FOREVER!
yes, but North Korea also signed a treaty saying they wouldn't develop weapons. I agree that the US has Japan's back so to speak. But in recent years, Japan has been moving toward being more independent than they have in the past. Its not unlikely that if Japan perceives North Korea as a large enough threat, they will take independent action from the US. Again, I don't think its likely, but given the way things have been going, I wouldn't count it out.
Because they didn't want you to be able to pop a PSP disk in your computer and make copies of it for your friends. Which is exactly what's happened with the two other consoles that use standard media types (PS2 & xbox) The only one that doesn't, the Gamecube, has no piracy problem.
Yes, while that is true, the grandparent is correct that our rights are not given to us by the constitution nor the wording within, but are part of whatever it is that makes us human and as such, cannot be taken away. The government may stop us from expressing our rights, as in censorship cases, but our rights are part of us, and cannot be taken away. The bill of rights simply lists some of the more important ones. It was only added to appease certain states that wanted those rights listed. The original thinking was that they need not be listed as they are already ours, and listing them would make people think that those rights are the only rights we possess (this is why the constitution is mutable, there are other rights that may not have been discovered yet, the right to privacy that has come up in recent years comes to mind). So yes, the constitution as we have it can be scrapped, but the ideas and rights contained within can't be.
I don't know but you might be able to get the hundred dollars or what ever the price change was back. I think its 30 days after you buy one if they drop the price, they'll give you your money back. Couldn't hurt to call them up and ask at least.
Umm, virtual PC is the emulator that the grandparent is talking about.

well I just finished downloading and patching, so you can download it, you just can't play it.

yeah, but that's only on the mac. I believe that the reason they rolled that into itunes was that they aren't going to do iphoto for windows.
that's what I thought of too, but it would be soooooo much better if you displayed the data, and had a guy at each end, one saying one, zero, zero, one.... and the other typing it in.
Yes, finally a reason to up to IPv6! Halo 3 and an IP for each controller in the world!

headkicker 2 the final kick is a flash game on adult swim.com its not too bad, just really repetitive.
