As recently as a couple of years ago my Samsung S5 had a replaceable battery. I never had to replace it, and I upgraded because the phone itself went bad.
I guess five years would be ancient history to some of you.
If you really were smart, you wouldn't take the drug.
Oh, just being accepted at a college doesn't mean you're smart. A LOT of them have lower standards nowadays. There are college students who can't read at more than a 6th grade level.
Are you saying that anyone who isn't a socialist is not moral? Do you really want to say that? And be careful using the word "reality"; it's not the same as truth.
Let's just say you haven't thought everything through yet. Your philosophy leaves a bit to be desired.
Not quite. There was militant extremist Islam hundreds of years before the United States even existed. Read some history. Our first conflict with Islam was barely over two hundred years ago.
Islam spreads by the sword or, in the case of Europe now, by coming in and out-reproducing the native population. If things continue the way they're going, Europe WILL be Muslim-dominated in a few short decades. No, you can't come over here to escape it. We don't want you.
Tests usually are scheduled immediately. I had a same-day MRI several years ago, so even MRIs can be done fairly fast. X-rays are always same day, as are blood tests. Of course, a 24 hour urine test takes at least 24 hours. I've never heard of anybody waiting weeks for any test around here, but a friend of mine in Canada waited three months for an MRI.
My doctor is in practice with a group of about 8 doctors, and in their one building there's an X-ray machine and an MRI. They also have a facility for physical therapy under the same roof. The lab is just across the highway. All of that is only 11 miles from my house and I pass one hospital, several clinics and two "doc-in-a-box" places on my way there.
People avoid the ER because of the long wait and the sketchy characters who frequent the place.
It could be that the market is nearly saturated. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. are going to have a harder time getting new subscribers simply because there are fewer and fewer new subscribers to be had.
Remember that there are millions of people who don't have internet service and millions more who don't have internet service that's good enough to stream video. Plus, there is a (small?) segment of the population who don't want to stream.
Yes, and if the brick and mortar store doesn't stock the item, they'll say they can order it for you. Hell, I can order the damned thing myself!
Some things I buy from Amazon *are* available locally, IF I want to drive 8 or 10 miles to Walmart or Target, hunt for a parking space, and stand in line to give them my money. Call me lazy or impatient, but unless I'm going to be passing by the store on my way to work and back anyway, it's not worth the effort to drive there from home.
At least once a week I'll find an item that has a price way beyond any reasonable price. The last one was a pair of wire strippers listed for nearly $2000. I can't imagine that anybody ever buys those items for those prices, but ya never know!
It could be a strange money-laundering scheme or could be just greedy third party sellers. It's definitely something that Amazon needs to investigate.
I believe you're very confused. Right now in this country the ones preaching tolerance are on the left and they're the most intolerant people on earth. They want you fired, silenced, and punished if you don't agree with everything they are for. They'll even turn on their own for the slightest reason.
You'd think that the software beats animal tests every time, but even the summary says, "it now rivals -- and sometimes outperforms -- expensive animal studies".
"Sometimes outperforms" is not the same thing as beating every time. "Rivals" implies that the two are about evenly matched.
You take the drugs and chemicals the software says are good. I'll stick with animal tested drugs.
In the UK? Why doesn't it melt in Arizona or the thousands of other places where it gets a hell of a lot hotter than the UK? What do they pave with over there, milk chocolate?!?
Okay. Ignore Magellan because he personally didn't make it. But there were thousands of others who did make it WAY before ships were powered by engines.
I used to separate programs into somewhat logical categories. The main ones were: Applications: word processing, Autocad, Photoshop, etc Games: all those video games for PC Utilities: various programs to manage your PC Network: browsers, email clients, ftp programs, etc
Nowadays everybody calls everything an app. I hate it, but that's the way of world I guess.
And every time I hear "hashtag" it makes me want to vomit.
AT&T lied, and that's news? I knew they'd raise prices, but I figured they'd wait a little bit longer to do it just to keep from being so damned obvious about their lying.

You're absolutely right. I use my phone to take snapshots. I use my DSLR with good lenses to take photographs. There's a clear difference.
Amen! Be polite and courteous to everybody. It pays in the long run.
I guess I'm lucky to live in the South. People around here go out of their way to be polite.
Thank you!
(this thank you note is intentionally devoid of information just to piss off the original poster)
No, he's just really, really, really, really short.

The property taxes must be out of this world!
I found out today what Trump and Putin were talking about during their private meeting.
They talked about golf and grandchildren!!
(Just like Bill and Loretta on that plane.)
Now 0bama can move back home and have internet service!
I'll volunteer to help him pack.

Have any of you ever visited Walmart's website? It's a total clusterfuck. Go there and search for an item in a local store or online only. You'll see.

Old Vincent did a lot of "selfies". I wonder if that skull is supposed to be a self portrait of his skull.
Apple maps on a self-driving car scare me.
Where the hell are we?
I don't know, but aren't the car's rounded edges beautiful?
In the UK? Why doesn't it melt in Arizona or the thousands of other places where it gets a hell of a lot hotter than the UK? What do they pave with over there, milk chocolate?!?
Something smells fishy about that story.
I expect nothing less than pure hatred of this country by an asshole like Zuckerfuck. I wouldn't piss on him if he were on fire.
