  1. It would be better if... on U.S. Army Warns Microsoft To Back Off · · Score: 3, Funny

It would be better if they took those CDs and built a wall around AOL HQ. Hopefully, it would stop the crap from getting out and infecting the rest of the world.

  2. Frivilous lawsuits are a problem on SCO - EV1, Licensees, Groklaw, Armed Guards · · Score: 1
Really, if frivilous lawsuits caused people to fear for their lives, something is wrong witht his world.

Shouldn't they? If people brought up frivilous lawsuits and suddently found themselves staring down the barrel of a gun...I'm sure they would reconsider abusing the law.

Maybe death is a bit extreme, but frivilous lawsuits shouldn't just be shrugged off. We ALL pay for them, one way or another.

The hard drive spins for a brief period of time to load the next song into the iPods 32MB memory. From there, all reads are done from the 32MB RAM.

The iPod also attempts to cache the next and previous songs if enough RAM exsists. If you hit the next song button really quickly you can hear the hard drive spin up and locate the song.

Pirating screws over the people who actually make money off the movies. The guy in the anti piracy commercial could care less how many times you copy the movie, so long as his check clears.
