989 studios became verant interactive and then becam SOE it the same company just with a couple of name changes the same people were always in control.
The point is that if it all comes down to a matter of belief the King of the Potato People is just as likely as any other God. So if we lock up people who pray to root vegtables we need to lock up Christians too.
As for proving 2 + 2 = 4. Hold up 2 finger on one hand, now do the same on the other, count the total number of fingers being held up.
I realize yyour just a troll, but I can't resist. There are way more people legitamitly purchasing music then there are stealing it. It is unfair and juvenile to punnish everyone because some people are lame.
Also, tricks like the Sony DRM debacle are only hurting your position. An eye for an eye, etc.
As for snow, have you heard of an invention called a brush?
I take it that you live somewhere that gets very little snow fall. Asking someone to climb up on there roof after a major snow and ice storm to clean of heating panels is fairly stupid.
Having also downloaded the 10 day demo, I must say that I never was interupted in my game by a pop up ad. Are you sure your machine doesn't have a spyware infecion?
Let me be the first to say "meh". Oh and if you are going to pick on someones word choice, please at least capitalize the first word of your sentances.
However kids don't buy much music anyway. When I was a kid I had tapes I recorded off the radio, this was also illegal, but no one was trying to sue my parents over it. Now I am an adult and now that I have money I buy CD's. That makes me a customer.
I was not saying that downloading music causes people to buy music. What I am saying is that people who download music also buy music, so those people are customers. So when the RIAA is sending a downloader to court they are sneding a customer to court.
Actually according to studies (you can find several in the slashdot archives) the people who download music via P2P on average buy more music than people who do not.
Instead the music industry needs to figure out why people are downloading these songs, and offer them an alternative, that is worth the money.
I used to download a ton of music, I still do, but I use Itunes now, because to me it is worth the buck a song to get a fast download of a high quality file.
Read the law "makes, uses" those would be for personal use. As for what damages, well if I was lexmark I would say however much an ink cartige costs * however many cartriges you filled + any additional fees I can get added on.
Perhaps it is because most of the people on the Internet have no clue what they are looking for. It costs money to get a real scientist to study something.
The argument though is that the rating was increased for consensual sex. So, if you make an incredibly violent game you get a rating of M. Make a game with really cartoony sex in it and you get an AO. That is the problem, they are saying sex is worse than violence (for 17 year olds, once your 18 everything is fine apparently).
Assuming it uses about the same amount as WoW wich uses apparently.4 kbps according to Rallion. Then if your server has 2000 people on it all the time (fairly low for a modern MMORPG, years ago when Everquest still posted this info it had around 1200 people on it all the time and close to 3000 on it (per server) at peak times), you will use 248 Gigabytes of bandwidth a month. Thats a lot more than my cable modem lets me use.
Even if I didn't have a cap 2000 *.4 = 800kbps thats a lot of upstream bandwith for a home system.
Then buy a generic compiler instead of one built by and for Intel. If you don't need the enhanced speed the Intel compiler can give you on Intel processors don't use it.
Doesn't Bush have ties to people who sell oil for a living? Why would he want prices to go down?

As someone who has spent years fixing computers, you would be surprised how often that happens.

No they promised not to distribute physical media. Nothing about players for such media, or nonphysical media.
I think the point is that it could be used for an off site backup. Raid does not protect you from Hurricanes, or even fires.

It means its downloaded and stuck on a labeled CD.
*Woosh* someone here never played with model railroads.
Appearently they got the technology from Intel to allow Skype to do the bigger conference calls.
Ignore the trolls, they are just trying to annoy you.
The rest of us are glad you are doing a job that we are much to afraid to do ourselves.
Good luck, and I hope you come home safely soon.
I guess you can stop the signal :(.
Wow talk about an MS apologist.
She said specifically what kinds of games she likes.
And she stated her litms test, ust run Ultramix 2.
Grow up.

You are forgetting the fact right on the site for Intel compilers it says:
"Deliver outstanding performance by optimizing your applications for Intel® processors."
It says nothing about "Will also optimize for any other processor you might have around the place."
So should I be mad at NVIDIA that they don't make drivers that work on my ATI video card? Thats just being a corrupt corporation!
