That there are a lot of people in the U.S. that believe Sharia law should be adopted. And there are a lot of people that are hell-bent on resurrecting the so-called Fairness Doctrine which is anything but. Never forget that the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights exists for a reason. Freedom of Speech means you are free to express your opinion without fear of government retribution or meddling. Imagine if CNN or the New York Times had to publish/air an equal amount of time or number of words on the same page for opposing opinions.

Son, I've been in your shoes. Right off the bat you've got a problem with the economy being what it is. Companies aren't going to hire willy-nilly when there are probably a lot of people more qualified than you who just got laid off. And they know it, too. They can afford to blow you off for someone with years of experience who is willing to take anything.

In my case, it was 1990 and I just got a Masters in Software Engineering after a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. I worked the help desk in the university computer center. Just like some morons will hint to you with regards to women, you'll have to lower your standards. In my case, that meant moving from Boston to Florida.

But then again, every job you leave will leave some kind of stigma on you. The job in Florida was for a defense contractor and was classified so I could never tell a prospective employer what I did there. That's seen as an attempt to bullsh*t them. Then there's the case of working in a job you detest and the people there really have it in for you. Since they're going to be contacted for a reference, they just might bad-mouth you for spite on the grounds that how dare you try to move up in the world when the people you work for are lifers and see you as a serf. You might want to find out how your boss feels about you.

Now it's about knives. When are these people going to learn that a piece of paper with a bunch of flowery latin written on it doesn't stop crime. It's like a cop holding up his badge saying "Stop, thief!" and expecting them to actually stop. "Stop! Or I'll yell 'Stop!' again!" Oy.

If you're losing your overpriced home because you could never have afforded it on a normal mortgage I have zero sympathy for you. It's your responsibility to read and understand the document from cover to cover and know that your rate could increase well above what you could afford. You also need to know that if you lose your job and can't pay for the house, it's not yours anymore. And if you thought your house value would just keep going up and up like a late 90s dot-com stock don't come crying to me. That's just tough noogies.

"No I will not give you free computer advice."

The other fun bit was Quark's Bar although they never quite figured out a way to make a true blue Romulan Ale. It was beer with blue food coloring which made the drink green.

Chances are the venue will become yet another Cirque du Soleil show since there aren't enough of those in Vegas.

The Hilton suffers from bad location. Unless you're doing a tradeshow at the LVCC you wouldn't stay there. You'd want to be on the strip where the action is.

Oh and btw, for Obama to say that he's going to eliminate capital gains taxes on small business is a complete crock of whale sh*t.
