    That is indeed the correct word, but speaking as a resident of Chicago, it probably won't happen. Usually Dailey does what he wants, which is usually good, but recently he's been making some... questionable decisions. However, if enough of a rukus is raised before Nov 2, we will get a referendum. And judging by the 2001 Iraq War protest, we excel at making a rukus.

    Of course, the solution to preventing these photos from completely evaporating is find out in advance which ones are going to become secret, and buy them, or get a copy of them. Of course, finding out in advance which ones to get is a problem... If you were really ambitiuos with a lot of money you could buy all of them, but that is beyond the average slashdotter I think.

    Nope. It's also used for severe weather alerts. And if some terrorist cell does plant a "dirty bomb" or other nastiness (unlikely, but possible) it can be used as an evacuation alert.

The snip some of the film from before the spacewalk, show some preparations, them getting out there and starting work, some clips of the more interesting work, and them cheering when they get it done.     But see, a large portion of the population NEEDS accurate results. Students. Now, I'm only in high school. But after doing several years worth of research projects, I've found that everyone I know uses Google because its searches are so much more accurate. Google still has hope.

    That's the problem. People DON'T hear about these things. I watch the news daily, both local and national, and yet I never hear anything about these kinds of things which create uproars on slashdot.

    I've had my gmail account for the better part of a month now, and after labeling every piece of spam I got as spam, the filters seem to have learned. I get maybe 2 pieces of spam per week, and I've only ever had 1 false positive. So I'm sure, that given time and material, the filters will do better.
