  2. Stop calling milk derivatives "non dairy" . Taking the protein out of milk and making some small change to it, turning it into sodium caseinate, doesn't make it "non-dairy"

    I'm allergic to milk protein and this issue caused me to nearly go to the ER a couple of times. Non-dairy creamer can still hurt someone that's allergic to milk and might not know all the by-products necessary to look out for.

    It's all the time sitting in the theater waiting for that *#$-damned "Screen-Vision" tripe and previews to end that actually puts me off this idea. That's what really kept me away from seeing Solo and Incredibles2 more than once.

    Who will care if they can't make a profit in selling it? Unix/Linux OS's and even Windows 10 have all matured so much, the Mac OS X server stuff is probably not a huge advantage anymore, so they don't have a 'hook' to sell the more expensive hardware at Apple-like premiums.

    UMAX, Power Computing, Motorola (I think), etc... When Jobs came back, he made the licensing agreements so ridiculous, nobody wanted to continue, so they died out within a year or two, having had the terms changed on them so drastically.

  22. Does anyone think that having different states putting their fingers in the mix will help anything? Whether NN dies or not, I don't want ANY mix of states stickign their noses into the traffic when the purchase I'm making is on an E-commerce site hosted in California, for a company whose physical presence is in Oregon, but incorporated in Delaware, but shipping from Texas... (Yes, I want NN, but mixed state regulations for medical marijuana and guns make things into a clusterfuck as it is. No need for more.)

    I'm not even sure it's marketing. At best, it's just ignorance of what the deal entailed for us, and what it committed us to. At worst, which seems to be the trend, it's just glossing over the facts deliberately to fit an agenda.
