    No, I believe it should come as a surprise when you've been working with Apple Representatives, had an update approved by their review process, then have it pulled less than a week later. If apple wants quality apps in their store, they need to act in a predictable manner that businesses can work with.

    Read the article... they had issues in the past, over-came them and believed to be in good standing, then they got pulled again.

    Wait... a gun for indiana jones is new? When I was a kid (20 years ago), we had pirate sets with guns in them... medieval sets with swords and cross bows... weapons everywhere.... how is violence in lego anything even remotely new?

    Agree. Being conducted online, it shows a bias to computer users who are more likely to be gamers. Now go do the same study by having people stand in a strip mall holding clip boards where there is a movie theater nearby.

    I wouldn't call it the same idea. The same idea would be releasing a CD-RW with 1-2 tracks on it, then releasing more tracks over the years as you get around to writing them.

    So much for guilty until proven innocent. If the correct classification doesn't exist, then don't enter in the name until one does. You wouldn't put their names in as murderers or child pornographers. They are not terrorists, don't call them such.

    Assume a 10 gallon tank

    at $4 a gallon, 30mpg in a gas engine gives you 300 miles for $40.

    at $5 a gallon, 65mpg in a diesel gives you 650 miles for $50.

    Who cares if it costs more per gallon if the increase in mileage more than offsets the increase in cost?
