Dishonorable Kills
layer versus player battles are always best when played out between opposing forces of equal level. Thus, our system creates incentives to attack foes around your level. And it also does not reward those who kill players far below their level. If the player or PvP-enabled NPC you kill is trivial (i.e. gray to you), then you won't get an Honorable Kill. In fact, if you kill an NPC who is not PvP-enabled or who is PvP-enabled and trivial, you will gain a Dishonorable Kill. This exacts a penalty on those who, for whatever reason, kill trivial NPC bystanders. To make it easier to identify a potential Dishonorable Kill, such NPCs will be labeled as "civilians" in their tooltip. Note that dishonor does not apply to killing players, regardless of their level.
As it stands now, when you accrue a Dishonorable Kill, it will not have a negative impact on your current honor ranking. You'll still get to see what the system considers a Dishonorable Kill, but you won't be assessed a penalty for it. At the moment, we don't want to penalize Dishonorable Kills because on normal (PvE) servers, the primary way to instigate PvP battles is through the attacking of NPCs. However, should enough PvP combat occur in Battlegrounds or if the number of Dishonorable Kills escalates to such a degree that it hampers general gameplay, we may well step in and institute a penalty for Dishonorable Kills.
ok, thats the reason i have stop playing this game, way to many people just running around at lvl 60 killing off lvl 50 and below.

from my reading of several websites, i suspect there will be 2+ ps3 consoles. 1 would have all of these cells and do all the backwork, 2 would have 1 cell or 2 and play the game and 3 might just have 1 cell and be used to play ps2 game.
more likely that if you did the good old AA bateries , you will have to spend more money on batteries than on the unit itself. with that in mind, would u like to run your ip on 4 AA battries like the first gameboy did? and i am not meaning that gameboy colour type either.
then the new benchmark, would need to have its proccess run exactly the same each time to give best idea from one run on each benchmark, otherwise to benchmark, you would need to run it 5+ times and average the score.
we sell the toys, the toys are alright, but when the site that created them starts to be pulled down from 'gambleing games' that have been there for 4+ years, its strange how mcdonalds reacted to the 'today tonight' show, 1) the show is utter bull shit, all it is, is to make the flames bigger. 2) theres more than just 7 9 10 to watch, but as 'today tonight' is right after the news, most people think its real for some reason...
if we keep following the way we are going, it will be in no time when we will be living in a world just like that show, ghost in the shell.
would be great for those snipers to get better headshots then wasting alot of ammo.
if they install this in a bad old home, i bet they could catch alot of bad stuff happening, like staff beating up old people, old people beating up old people, and everything else that happens.
