I am guessing that like DVD's when you encode the disk you can specify the UMD as region 0, which means all regions. DVD's and probably UMD's can also have multiple regions, not just one.
I am going to cut letters out of tin foil and arrange them on my chest so when they x-ray me it will say "If you can read this, you must be pretty grossed out".
Yay! Now we just have to wait 3 years for this to come to the market and 3 more years for it to be affordable. Then I will be all over it, until something better comes along.
Buy a Gamepark 32. It a South Korean handheld video game system which embraces the homebrew community. It can run a bunch of emulators, so you can play all your older smaller file-sized legally obtained roms on it. And it runs everything off of cheap smart media cards. GBAX.com is the best place to buy it, but give it a google maybe more people carry it now. Try to buy an overclocked gamepark BLU (from GBAX), or do a search for gamepark overclocking and mod it yourself. I highly recommend it, its nice to have a few hundred games to chose from while on a plane.

Email crashes happen when all of the internets stop working. They are easy to fix though, just hold down your any key and reboot your CPU.
