Already their Source engine is "messed up". It contains hundreds of bugs and performance issues. To top it all off, their Steam distribution platform also has sinister bugs that do affect some people (Steam always worked for me)
I'm sure that they want to create this expansion pack for the money... But, their current technologies require really a lot of work.
And, where is TF2? Guess that it will be never finished... And what about the bugs in Source, I guess that CS:S will never get into CAL.
Why do these spyware firms care so much. They still know that they'll get busted some day.
And, spyware should be illegal. Not just by invading the user's privacy, but also for using the computer ressources, installing more spyware and distracting the user.
Now, CatleCops have a legal debate with iDownload. Let's hope that the good side wins!
One week ago, I was suspecting interesting activity on my colocated server. I've found out that my SMTP server was sending thoudsands of emails each day containing spam and email.
I remember that in the logs I've saw a hostname of "SMTP hunter". Oh well, these spammers make me sick.
I've hopefully reformated the server and have a happy ending.
Poor us:
More Tsunamies, more health problems, hotter summers, colder winters.
When will the world start reacting to the severe climat changes? Earth is warning us and we're ignoring it!
I always knew that something was with this guy as there never was a webcam during the day. I first thought that it's a manner to save bandwidth, but it all leads to the shocking truth.
I wan't really a fan of that site. It's just funny how such a man (yeah, I read most of his whole website!) could lie to so many people.
"If I run Bochs to boot Win2k3 on an old 386"
Woah. You inspire me!
Maybe I will try installing Windows XP on my 66mhz 486 computer.
I just need to get it's damn installer to boot on 8MB of RAM.
Woo hoo! Another way for VALVe to make money. Remember guys that you only get Counter-Strike: Source for free when you buy the collector's edition.
Anyways, I never like Half-Life multiplayer because I'm an avid Counter-Strike player.

I already use Firefox because of all the security holes in internet Explorer...
It's just that Firefox uses 40MB of RAM compared to the tiny 5MB of Internet Explorer (which is integrated into the OS)
Google "owns" the Search engine market....
Now they'll try to own the browsers and operating systems also.
It's nice that some company is spending a lot of money on researching better applications we use every day.
I do hope that new Minis will ship with Tiger. I'm still waiting for the second generation, expecting lower price and better performance.

That's just my $0,02!
Hmm.. I think that I've listened too many spanish jokes and sucked too much at my Spanish exams.
With this Linux deplyment, I think that this is a reason itself to like Spain.

Microsoft.com didn't get slashdotted? Damn, these Windows servers can take more than I've expected.
Where is this world coming to?
Is someone going to invent patents such as "the ability to take food and put it into your mouth" and companies could sue everybody?
Most of the masses don't even know that there are different operating systems than Windows!
Like the kids at my school, they ask people what version of Windows they have and judge the computer through that.
Agreed.
For me, computers are too precious!

I knew it!
Got my bigpipe connection hooked on the x86 download. Have fun with my 10mbps connection!
Well... The external PCI slot connectors shown in this original article do function via cardbus (same as PCMCIA, right? If not, correct me)
Those things would cost less if it would be that simple.
No offence but,
I think that LaunchBar contains spyware or just ads.
Power to the people!
Wait... What was the first and last time I downloaded from Suprnova? Oh yeah, it was Debian Woody that I downloaded!
Spyware???
I hope not.
Uhhh... Why would we care about second life? I'm already full with one life!
Uhh.... Why?
Why post this thing?

Firefox crashed once, and it was while opening a popup window! Other (older) versions didn't crash.

I think someone got pwned!
But seriously, I wanted CherryOS to be true. But yet again, way too good things don't tend to happen!
