Except an entirely different development team worked on the multiplayer portion of BioShock 2. I'm not sure if that's the greatest example. I think the watered down campaign was that it wasn't developed by Ken Levine and company.
I was just watching Life Aquatic last night and there was a three legged dog running around, its movement was pretty incredible especially when it was running.
Of course, right when I don't have any mod points I read this.
2. Lucas said for I think 20 years in various interviews that he always envisioned the Vader/Obi-Wan duel would take place on a volcano planet. I think Starlog magazines were writing about this in the early 80's. I'm not sure why anyone is surprised by something that has been somewhat canon for decades.
I would agree with this, when I read the original Star Wars novels as a kid, it definitely said that Darth Vader wears his suit because of some volcanic/lava incident while fighting Obi Wan. Before the last film even came out I knew this was going to happen. Stuck with me all those years I guess.
Now that I'm reading this I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo included some kind of parental control that disabled 3D altogether on the 3DS, even if the slider was adjusted.
Slashdot is not a professional video game review site, they probably accept a handful of games from publishers and review them when they get around to it (ie. playing in their own free time). It's their responsibility after receiving a review copy to, you know, actually review it, and just because it's not a zero day review doesn't mean it's stale. The game is just a week old.
"Five Finger Fillet," a game where you tap buttons in a certain order and rhythm while Marston correspondingly drives a knife into the table around his splayed fingers.
Anyone else remember doing that in the bar in Full Throttle, except you had to click between the fingers very quickly?
Microsoft convinced the manufacturers that they needed to run Windows, so any kind of ARM support was dropped with that, along with the likelihood of a cheap netbook.
Very useful tip, also nice using something like XBMC which doesn't seem to honor a DVD's no-skip wishes and just let's you get to the main menu (almost) any time.
I thought when Amazon removed 1984 a few years ago a few people were upset specifically because they lost their notes on the book, but then Amazon was able to restore those? Seems like this should have been obvious for years.
Along with Gish, Penumbra Overture, and Lugaru, Aquaria is also being open sourced. Lugaru's game engine was GPL'd but they're retaining the art assets, so I'm assuming the others will follow suit.
Great week for indie devs, charities, and gamers all around.
But they turn the servers off of sports games as fast or faster than other titles too. Madden 2009 was going to be shutdown a few months ago but public outcry stopped that, but every iteration before that is already down.
Of course they're biased, that's the whole point of their site. They have viewpoints they want to get out to the public.
That's actually cheap compared to the prices I heard quotes at my company the other day. So sad.

Well, what did we really expect when the Copyright Czar position was created?
Kid Icarus had a sequel on the Game Boy and the Kid Icarus character appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and in the tv show Captain N.
A day later and they have confirmed this, does require an inbetween peripheral though:

Did you have noscript on? You needed to enable something like gmodules.com to make it work.

I'm curious if she built up those four steps over the course of her 21 year career?

That was a great troll and I look forward to the parody posts in the future.

With the storm of bad press Activision has been under the last few months this almost comes as no surprise.
Too bad it's too late for them to win me back.
Mac users can download all the games they already bought on Windows for free.

Not surprising as I played through Gratuitous Space Battles in Wine too.

The counter has been fixed to a four day extension, they mentioned that was what they intended on IRC.

Didn't Obama announce his VP candidate via Twitter first? Probably leaving thousands of bloggers and newsrooms constantly refreshing their feeds?
I grew up in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, seriously.
