    I've seen both movies and Star Trek is easily the better film in nearly every aspect. Rent the Wolverine movie, go see Star Trek on a nice big screen if you have to choose.

    Unless they do it as "multiplayer co-op" I think this game should remain single player. If I want to frag other people and listen to high pitched teenies scream profanity in my ear I'll go play Halo. Although shooting swarms of bees at people wouldn't entirely be without value...

    Or it's failing because people have started hating youTube after being rickrolled so many times. Also sites like hulu.com are becoming more and more popular. You don't have to deal with finding peoples lame parsed videos with their cats spliced into them.

    Spore was released in Europe end of last week or so. The game is already cracked/patched or whatever you want to call it. My roommate already beat the game. It's pretty short if you don't spend hours editing everything. Which is by far the most attractive part of the game.

    I just downloaded and am using the browser now. No problems at all with the scrolling. It feels a bit foreign. A few things are in nontraditional places, namely the bookmarks. So far it's pretty fast.

    Maybe that's why /.'ers don't read TFA...the fear of being rickrolled (rickphobia?). More on the main topic: It's likely they'll tag a fine to this. Probably along the lines of identity theft. Even piggy-backing on wireless is considered a felony these days.

    If I was a olympic athlete and got my ass kicked by a 13 yr old. I say congratz and give them their Gold. Why should they be punished for excellence, regardless of age? I do agree that being that young and having that kind of pressure can't be healthy, but to limit the age to only 1 olympic catagory seems a bit ignorant.

    Rumor != News. Steve Jobs is pretty much the heart & sole of Apple. That period of time where he wasn't with Apple (doing the Pixar thing because they fired him), Apple wasn't doing so hot. Apple might still make a decent product without him, but he sells it.

    You may be allergic to peanuts. How would you know if a product contained them or not without the listed ingredients? The parents are responsible for their kids. If you're letting your 14yr old walk into a store and buy GTAIV maybe you better reconsider where your fingers are pointing.
