There's a very interesting article detailing the theory that the nimda virus was developed by someone using linux here. Basically, it says that the way the binary was laid out hints at a certain set of tools common on linux.

maybe they are in the process of switching and just messed up...if you look at 209.242.124.241 and yahoo you can see they have slight differences like the titlebar
