As someone who lives in far-away, safe and quiet Sweden it also makes me wonder what these people are at. Are they diligently uncovering evidence for some sort of super-Watergate or are they the usual fringe mob of conspiracy theorists? Any Yanks out there who care to comment on this? Negroponte, a Torturer's Friend

According to a detailed investigation the Baltimore Sun did in 1995, Negroponte covered up some of the most grotesque human rights abuses imaginable. The CIA organized, trained, and financed an army unit called Battalion 316, the paper said. Its specialty was torture. And it kidnapped, tortured, and killed hundreds of Hondurans, the Sun reported. It "used shock and suffocation devices in interrogations. Prisoners often were kept naked and, when no longer useful, killed and buried in unmarked graves." The U.S. embassy in Honduras knew about the human rights abuses but did not want this embarrassing information to become public, the paper said.

On Sept 14, the Orwellian federal "anti-hate" bill, AMDT.2662 (The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2005), was passed by the House of Representatives. It will establish a "hate crimes" bureaucracy in America, just like Canada's, ending free speech.

AMDT.2662 is designed by the ADL and is exactly the type of legislation that has ruined Canada.

Here is a summary of what the bill would make law:

Although AMDT.2662 ostensibly empowers the government to assist states in prosecution of violent hate crimes, its actual effect will be much more far-reaching. AMDT.2662 will lead to enforcement of the working definitions of "hate" and "hate crimes" which are enforced by the many "anti-hate" bureaucracies in countries throughout the western industrialized world. In such countries, it is now a "hate crime" to criticize members of federally protected groups such as Jews and homosexuals. Utilizing such definitions, "hate crime" indictments have been made or are currently being pursued by Canada, England, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. AMDT.2662 builds a foundation for a "hate crimes" bureaucracy in America, also ending free speech.

Here are some of the specially protected groups which AMDT.2662 defends:

Homosexuals. Any public criticism of homosexuals will soon be considered a hate crime, just as it was for 11 Christians under the Pennsylvania hate crime law on Oct. 10, 2004. These Christians were arrested as "hate criminals" for preaching during a huge "gay pride" rally and faced 47 years in prison and $80,000 fines each.

Women. A woman who claims her boyfriend used a sexist word against her and raped her the last time they had sex, can press charges for a "hate crime" of rape. Punishment will triple the usual penalty, about 30 years in prison.

Jews. Already the Dept. of Global Anti-semitism, being established in the US State Dept., makes it "anti-semitic" to express "strong anti-Israel sentiment" against Israel or its leaders. It also says upholding the New Testament charge that Jews killed Christ is "anti-semitic." Under "anti-hate" laws in Canada and Europe, such statements are "hate crimes" punishable by harsh fines and imprisonment.

AMDT.2662 will hasten such anti-Christianity in America as well.

ENDING FREE SPEECH RADIO

If this amendment is approved, FCC restrictions will soon descend on American talk show hosts, with lists of banned topics. Hosts will be fined or imprisoned and stations will lose their broadcast licenses, just as in Canada, if they violate these restrictions.

I'd never heard of this "microwave weapon" until now, but you may be referring to the "Long Ranged Acoustic Device" which has been in use by police and military for years now. After reading his site, streaming his radio show, and watching some of the videos, I'm so pissed off I could go postal. But I dunno what we really can do?

Each of us as individuals seems isolated and angry, everyone I talk to knows to some degree, and they're angry, but feel alone and powerless. So I think there are many more people out there who want to do something, but are stuck, because they still have all their daily responsibilities to work, family, etc.

The truth is getting out, and the government is becoming so arrogant about their corruption that they're not really even trying to hide it any more. So the ugly truth is there for everyone to look at if they wish to confront it. The question is what can I do about this? What is next? What kind of action can we take to help effect positive change?

" Children to get jabs against drug addiction

Ministers consider vaccination scheme. Heroin, cocaine and nicotine targeted

A radical scheme to vaccinate children against future drug addiction is being considered by ministers, The Independent on Sunday can reveal.

Under the plans, doctors would immunise children at risk of becoming smokers or drug users with an injection. The scheme could operate in a similar way to the current nationwide measles, mumps and rubella vaccination programme.

Childhood immunisation would provide adults with protection from the euphoria that is experienced by users, making drugs such as heroin and cocaine pointless to take. Such vaccinations are being developed by pharmaceutical companies and are due to hit the market within two years.

The Department of Trade and Industry has set up a special project to investigate ways of using new scientific breakthroughs to combat drug and nicotine addiction.

A national anti-drug immunisation scheme is one of the proposals being put forward by the Brain Science, Addiction and Drugs project, an expert committee of scientists appointed by the Government earlier this year.

Professor David Nutt, a leading government drugs adviser who sits on the committee, told the IoS that anti-drug vaccines for children are likely to be among the panel's recommendations when it reports next March.

Professor Nutt, head of psychopharmacology at the University of Bristol and a senior member of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, said: "People could be vaccinated against drugs at birth as you are against measles. You could say cocaine is more dangerous than measles, for example. It is important that there is a debate on this issue. This is a huge topic - addiction and smoking are major causes of premature death."

According to the Government's own figures, the cost of drug addiction - through related crime and health problems - to the economy is £12bn a year. There is a strong incentive for the Government to find new ways to halt spiralling addiction. Last week, the IoS revealed that cocaine use had trebled in Britain with increasing numbers of users switching to highly addictive crack cocaine.

Scientists are already conducting trials for drugs that can be used by doctors to vaccinate against cocaine, heroin and nicotine addiction.

Xenova, the British biotechnology firm, has carried out trials on an anti-cocaine vaccine which showed that 58 per cent of patients remained cocaine-free after three months.

Meanwhile, experts at the Scripps Research Institute in San Diego, California, have developed a super-virus, harmless to humans, which produces proteins that can block or reduce the effects of cocaine.

The team at Scripps tested the virus on rats by injecting it into their noses twice a day for three days.

On the fourth day, the rats were given a shot of cocaine. The researchers found that cocaine had more effect on the rats not injected with the virus than those that were. Scientists hope that the virus will help stop the cravings experienced by cocaine users for the drug by blocking the pleasure they normally associate with cocaine. This anti-drug medication is expected to be available to users within the next two years in the form of a nasal spray.

Proposals to introduce a national anti-drug vaccination programme have been given a cautious welcome by MPs and experts.

Ian Gibson, head of the Commons Science and Technology Committee, said the Government would have to carry out public consultation. "There is no reason to think this would not be a starter or beneficial," said Dr Gibson, Labour MP for Norwich North. "But ... proper consultation with the public needs to happen well in advance."

Here's another easy one, bush and company, including rice, swore to the 9-11 "investigative commission" that they had "no idea that planes could be used for hijacking and then used as weapons" and etc.. uh huh. How do you explain terrorist hijacking scenario drills, one being run the same day as the attacks then? A COINCIDENCE? You smelling a rat yet? I hope so, I really do.. we need more honest cops, less blind order followers. I hope you are one of the former.

When even with the info lower level agents get ignored because "terrorist" actions are merely part of the plan? something like a "new pearl harbor" like event And which is it again, when you are "following orders", do you investigate, or shine it on because some "superior" individual has connections with those you are supposedly investigating, so vital information gets ignored on purpose? Why is it, when someone with the legal and law enforcement cred of David Schippers, successful impeacher of a freekin president, successful chicago area mob prosecutor, can't even get word to ashcroft (I'm sure you heard of that gent) about upcoming bad news scenarios despite repeated and exhaustive attempts? Why is that, an "unfortunate intelligence failure"? Or was it because it was ON PURPOSE. Ignored, avoided on purpose?

Sorry, I'll be way way WAY more impressed when some white guys in suits and uniforms get indicted by a grand jury for some charges up to and including murder and treason. You can talk about "additional powers" then, once you effectively use the ones you already have, and a LOT more of you come forward like the small handful of TRULY brave and honest agents have,and stop being chicken for your careers over the nations safety. Follow your oath, not your paycheck in other words. Use your brain for something more than to absorb "commands". You're an agent, they are supposed to QUESTION things, not just blindly follow orders, they are supposed to deal in data, not be part of a massive coverup that's destroying a nation and imperiling the entire planet.

Nuhremberg established the precedent, "following orders" is no excuse for helping along high crimes and misdemeanors, and being as it's the internet age and some decent info is available, there's no excuse for remaining so uninformed other than laziness and an uncaring attitude and blind obedience and brainwashing.

This election, we're faced with two candidates who are two sides of the same military-industrial globalist elitist coin. I'll be there with my vote, and it may well be Badnarik.
Sometimes we are lucky and a person who can run the country runs for President. The chances that one of the two main (only?) political parties will do so is slim.
Intelligent debate and loud, informed voices are probably more important than elections. If we think we can walk into a voting booth and our job is done, we deserve what we get, don't we? If it isn't too late in our American dictatorship, I think I am going to get more involved in the political process. I live in Austin, TX, home of the great Alex Jones http://www.infowars.com/, who is an inspiring example of someone who is inserting himself in the process every way he knows how. I am not saying we should all be Alex, but if we have something important to say, like "Please stop ignoring the Bill of Rights," for example, we should find a way to say it and be heard.

Make no mistake about it folks, what you are seeing here is preparations for this years vote rigging.
Bush is going to get re-elected no matter how big Kerry _really_ defeats him vote-wise.
He will set CIA and Mossad on launching more "terrorist" attacks on US soil, to coerce the public into accepting martial law.
He will re-institue the draft.
He will put America in a state of Martial law.
He will send more of us off to fight for him and his buddies making the big $$, and for Israels interests in the middle east.

The next world war is coming, and with it the New World Order. America is NOT going to play the "good-guy" part this time.

The ones of you who are currently passively sitting there DOING NOTHING about these rather grim outlooks will surely regret your inaction later.

Tell your friends and family, tell anyone you know, tell people you don't know. Call / fax your congressmen, senators (emails are ignored). Call / fax your local newspapers / tv stations / radio stations, ask them why they don't say a bloody peep about any of these issues.

He's a publicity-seeking self-aggrandizing hack that accidentally manages to get things right on occassion. His most recent only told 1/10th of the story on 9/11, and then pretty much pinned it all on Bush, and Bush is barely more than a clueless puppet of the real power-brokers. If you want to hear a real patriot, listen to Alex Jones. He's a bitter pill at first, but once you realize he backs up 100% of what he says with public, mainstream news sources, you can't help but know he's right.

Nope. Open source is still the best way to go, along with open government. When you let people hide "stuff", and when it's connected to massive political power and heaps 0 money, that's when crimes occur. The best bet is openness, bar none. It is not perfect, but it's the best design yet.
