It is quite clear that there are many emails not delivered to the investigation. and in fact, there were several emails requesting additional security before the attack that were ignored, that would have been sent to Clinton, but none were in her email dump. In fact, other countries had already closed their embassies at that time, so it isn't like no one knew there were issues.

I think you mis-remember what happened in the late 90's when the iMac was released. Every single PC at the time still had a 3.5" floppy and they were the primary method of saving a transportable copy of files. Yes, CD burners existed, but the drives and media were quite expensive. Many a pundit proclaimed the death of Apple at removing the absolutely essential floppy drive. What were Apple doing? How could anyone use a computer without a floppy (particularly as the first iMacs did NOT have CD burners in them either and USB sticks were slow, expensive and of limited capacity)

I'd wager that most people connecting an iPhone to speakers would use either a dock (with a lightning plug in it) or bluetooth. I see many people playing music through external speakers with their iPhone, but very few of them use a 3.5mm plug to do it.

It's not the HR department/ immigration lawyer's job to fill the position. As far as they are concerned that position is filled. The law requires them to advertise the position and they do advertise the position. It is the responsibility of the local worker seeking job opportunity to find the advertisement and apply for it.

He is talking about something called the PERM process. It is excruciatingly stacked up against the foreign worker. You're asking the foreign worker to put up their job on the line to apply for the green card where she is not allowed to use any experience she has on the job to qualify for her job, and anyone with the bare minimum qualifications can take it away.

There is absolutely no mention of how to avoid American workers. They put the job on the newspaper, job/school job website and their own website. What else are they supposed to do?

Also, the US government puts these application under the microscope. They take 4-6 months to analyze the application and if anything feels out of place (like a strange requirement in the job duties) they will reject the application. Each and every approved application is published on the DOL website for everyone to see.

Kerbal Space Program is great. You have to really work at it to accurately model a system like this though - you need to use all the realism mods, build the system at full size, and use a competent auto-pilot for the landing burn. (Manual landings are difficult and waste a lot of fuel compared to a computerized "suicide burn".)

Someone (not me) has now done this and posted the results on YouTube. Only about ten percent of the first stage's fuel was needed for boost-back and landing.
