The show has gotten very opinionated too. Luckily, since I've been watching the simpsons my entire life, I find myself agreeing with these political stances they are portraiting. I for one welcome our new political cartooning overlords.

If you were not already modded up to max, and I had mod points... you would be getting modded purely for the music line. Gold. Pure gold.

I work at a bank. I would love to see that type of testing implemented here. I'd have a nice cash settlement by the end of the process.

    Actually you're all wrong.
Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konami_Code/
Only one B and one A. Start and select are just added in to start a game ( in the more commonly known use as the "Contra Code" ). But actually, this code was used in various Konami games and varies slightly depending on the game. The above code seems to be the base of all of them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Konami_code_games/
Konami has a number too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/573_(number)/

Don't mind me... I'm just your lonely Bemani / Konami nerd. I'll let myself out.

  8. Cram Time on China Races To Clean Up Olympic Air · · Score: 1

You know, I used to cram before big tests all the time back in highschool. Did papers at the last minute... really didn't care about the subject matter until the final hour. I got by. Somehow though, I think China is a little to late to make any (significant) changes before the games begin.

While I don't completely agree with your presentation, I do commend you for being stern with your believes. It isn't often someone has passion for something so deep. I'm glad I don't have mod points because I'm not sure how I would mod that XP

  12. First EATrax on Next Year's Madden, Others to Get Music Download Service · · Score: 1

The first Madden year ( I wanna say it was 02 or 03 ) that offered EATrax had a very good sound track... but since then I enjoy maybe one or two songs off of their games per year. I'm obviously not the target audience for this service; but I guess it's nice of them to think of new ways to squeeze money out of their customers.

With this news and the information about DRM on Spore and other games that require authenitcation each time ( or in this case, yearly payments ) where is the tech business going? Why are the people no longer allowed to own and use the programs they paid for as they see fit. If this is how we're moving, I better get a free computer. If I'm not going to own the software installed on my computer, why should I be required to pay for and maintain the hardware that it runs on?

  23. Re:Just to compare on OMG Did U C What U R Paying 4 Texting? · · Score: 1

Well now we are starting to see a lot of the companies offer Unlimited texting, calling... pretty much everything but data transfer, for a flat fee; normally around 99.99$ / month. When everyone goes to that... they can't offer more minutes for the same cost, so they will have not choice but to start lowering the cost of that service to stay competitive with the other service providers in the area. I would say in 5 years an unlimited plan will cost about the same as a 500 minute plan does now. Hopefully that is... wouldn't do much good if they companies like to get together to screw the consumers.
