I live in Japan and I can tell you that China did not immediately send support; they sent a handful of people after several days, and finally ramped things up when it...
The version I've heard from Chinese media was Chinese government organized a much larger rescue team within 24 hours of earthquake. But Japanese government held up the offer, gave priority to it's western allies first, before finally accepting a much smaller sized 15-men rescue team from China.
While Japanese government's action is understandable from a political stand point, it none the less had hurt Chinese people's feeling. Now seeing troll like you claiming falsified information is like putting salt on the wound.
This is business as usual for relations between Japan and China. Google last year's scuffle when a Chinese trawler rammed a Japanese coast guard ship and see what you get.
And the tension between China-Japan relationship is largely contributed by trolls like you on both side.

It's surprise me every time that anything related to negative side of China instantly turns some intelligent minds here into some Chinese bashing moobs.
When I saw a capacitor that can charge and discharge rapidly, the first thing came to my mind was actually memory. I wonder how practical is graphene capacitor used as a memory storage cell compare to SRAM or DRAM we have today.
This kind of reminds me how French government was among the active protesters on other countries' human right record. The fact is, things are never pretty as long as there's a government, be it Chinese or French.
Give him a Windows machine and let him experience all the painful experience with spyware, drivers, and the friendly BSoD. Then show him Linux and how easily things can be done from a powerful shell. In no time he will love to write shell scripts to get things done quickly. The next thing you know is he picking up python by himself. Eventually he realized the performance issue with scripting language and move on to something like C++.
At least that's how I ended up getting into programming.

Is there any non-x86 pc targeted at consumer market that's comparable in performance with x86 pcs? A quick google search didn't come up any good results.
Force sensors within each joint also work out the position and velocity of the robot's centre mass as it moves around. Control software rapidly figures out what forces the robot's feet need to exert on the ground to bring it back into balance, and tells the joints how to act.
Robots armed with art of Tai-Chi is going to take over the world!!!
I thought that's what USB port on the phone is for.
On the side note it's good to hear that they have standby mode sorted out with linux kernel. It has been a major problem for the openMoko porject.
