If the guy can do that strip daily, who's got a leg to stand on to say they can't?
Thats his full-time job. Most webcomics are done as a side hobby, and as such dont get the same investment of time. but yes, if you've got the time there's no reason you couldnt do a daily strip.
They could do it - it just might be worth the dough. this is a great idea to motivate constant updates, 5 times a week on a quality comic would be a lot of work though, I update once a week which is plenty while doing other life-oriented activities.
Hmm.. maybe I'll start doing a quickscribble comic and compete on the quantity side.
Here is a prediction: If the price for music increases right now for digital distribution, sales will fall and piracy will increase.
no no.. that cant be right. there's this big pot of money called consumers and you just keep on hittin' em and hittin' em like a big ol' pinata and the money keeps pouring out!
Jon Stewart is the host of a satyrical news show called 'the Daily Show' that plays on comedy central. some clips can be viewed on thier greatest moments webpage
he also gained some fame as a guest on 'Crossfire' were he tore the pants off of and humiliated co-host Tucker Carlson
Uh yeah.. especially since it was Jon Stewart that helped boost iFilms page views. Jon Stewart creates tv content, iFilms simply distributes clips of it.. It seems a strange choice for winner of the 'television' category.
Well we didn't count on one thing, bean counters are not engineers. So even under the protective banner of engineering week, the most holy of weeks in the engineering calender, the econ department ripped down every post-it® note on their floor.
thats ridiculous.. why tear it down? ah well, the world needs people that destroy things too.. i guess..
You young people move too fast, its always rush rush rush. Why when I was a kid we didn't have these fancy-pants first person games. We had huge blocky pixels and we liked it. And a game stayed new for years and it only cost a quarter.
now where did I put my teeth? has anyone seen my wooden teeth?
.. and you're in or near washington state, you might want to check out the concrete version in maryhill washington. It was built as a WWI memorial by the 'eccentric' Sam Hill after he was mistakenly told that the original Stonehenge was used for sacrifices.
its not terribly accurate, and its not 'wired for sound', but its kinda cool none-the-less.
If they suspect it might blow up, wouldn't it be most responsible to leave in beta? If there is any doubt in a products completeness or reliability isn't it best to know that?

My brother once decided to collect the daily Rex Morgan in a big old scrap-book to try to figure out what it was about.
after he had gathered several months worth together it still didnt make any sense.

uh.. right?
Well hell, there's always high quality corporate rock radio!
If anything, it's likely to cause a percentage increase in the MP3 share of music files. Or at least an increase for non-DRM-encumbered music files.
Hmm.. you think? maybe someone should tell the powers-that-be that, cause they dont seem to have it figured out.
Its all part of the strategy of destroying MP3s.
raise the price til no one will buy them. Ta-DA! no more MP3s!
I still think this would be a more permanent solution though:
no more music piracy!
Yeah, we wouldnt want anything to be easy for the music 'consumer'. If only there were a simple solution to music piracy problems.
Gates: "Damn it Balmer.. Stop jiggling around!! I cant get a clean view through the scope with you jiggling around!"
Balmer: "Developers! Developers! Developers!
for them that know not:

What about requiring everyone who installs linux to call in and answer a bunch of stupid questions before they can use it?
