You are clearly mistaken. The coolest cluster undoubtedly lies in Honey Nut Cheerios® with that delicious cluster of wheat, honey and the all natural taste of nuts! Now, THAT's cool. Now, I don't know this new-fangled "Beowulf" cereal, but I'm sure it can't be the old-fashioned taste of Cheerios!
Has it ever occurred to Slashdot that perhaps we DON'T like our TV shows' plots announced before they're on! Does CmdrTaco have to join the ranks of ChrisD on my blocked poster list? Bah! Leave me and my sci-fi shows alone! Alone, I say!
I don't know. This seems awfully familiar to PicoBSD. I guess that any "new" implementation of old technology gets press. As the adage goes, everything old is new again.
Now, as accurate as the "Free but not Open" statement is, I much prefer the statement in the title of this message. I mean, everything's better with beer in it!
How can they offer high-caliber infrared and sonar capabilities at this price? I'd imagine that the licensing (for the Star Wars name, likeness, etc.) is accounting for a good 33% of costs... do, basically, 60 dollars for efficent and "sophisticated" abilities? Either they're losing money or misrepresenting the abilities of Mr. D2.
Ginger! Oh, tell me that the Segway isn't huge! Come on, you KNOW it exceeded expectations! DeKa enterprises is far from over, my friend. And Dean Kamen, the uber-inventor, will return. Oh, yes... Kamen -- the lone inventor -- will return.
But wasn't April Fools Day nearly two months ago? -- What? This isn't a joke. Oh. Well, I guess it's joining War, Famine and the rest of those zany horsemen of the Apololypse. See you guys during Armageddon!
Well, an unmanned plane MUST have some method of self-repair! According to Lucas' mythos, ONLY a robot can do so! R2-D2... the way to the future. (What's that you say? Reagan's "Star Wars" was a space defense system, not the basis for our planes of the future? Bah!)
Why? WHY? This game nearly destroyed me. I am but a mere shell of the man I was before I played it. All the puzzles, all the insanity... now, it becomes universal! Universal insanity! Our world will implode! Implode, I say!!
With the rapidly advancing nature of other BSD variants, it makes one wonder why Apple chose to use its own Darwin as the basis for OS X.... with OpenBSD, they could have much easier compatibility with existing Unix applications! 'das all.
Well, technology can conceivably be perceived as the root of all evil. I mean, this isn't necessarily how I feel... but technology inherently leads to disaster. Nuclear power -> nuclear weapons -> nuclear war. Airplanes -> bombing -> death. Boats -> armada -> war. death. famine. pestilence. See what I mean? What's next bioengineered virii?
This is a truly wonderful emulator... I actually got Darwin (Intel) booted on it a while ago... aside from a few flaws... it's nearly as good as VPC... and it's non-commercial, too.
Sony/Microsoft comparison.

Sony PCG-U1

The SONY video game system (PS2) has a controller that is compact and stylish. The MSFT video game system (XBox) has a controller that is large, clunky and the very epitome of ugliness.
The SONY handheld is compact and stylish. ...I pray to the heavens that we never see an MSFT handheld.
I'm rather pleasantly surprised that no one has made a Steve "6 Million Dollar Man" Austin reference yet. I mean... the word "BIONIC" was in the title. Could it be possible that the Slashdot reading masses are living up to the intelligent reputation of nerds? Or am I just overthinking this?...it's a synthesis of both.
Hasn't filed suit against them yet for "Copyright Infringement." I mean... they've got "Word" in their name! Doesn't anyone remember the "Lindows" debacle? ...not saying that either side is right, but there's always room for some more Microsoft bashing in this world.
The amount of interference caused is less than the article is making it out to be. Although it would require that procautions be taken (an EXTREMELY high amount could disrupt a transmission). Under normal conditions, RF Lighting hurts the signal a little bit, but nothing as significant as to signal the end of wireless as we know it. Just saying.

A Reservoir Dogs Joke in Here. You know, "Mr. Green," "Mr. [Pepsi] Blue"... ah... nevermind.

I can just dig up bodies and make diamonds out of them? Now I can actually make MONEY from my hobby!

One "S". Two "R"s. Good editing, folks.

They already exist... they have complex simulators in their facilities, according to CNN's last report.

Samus Aran in my pocket!
... for a brief moment... all is right in the world.
For not posting this article with "The series finale ends with XXXXXXXXXXXXX." It is much appreciated.

Yes, my valuation of Napster is up there with Enron and Global Crossing. :)
So many assets!
