Most airline crashes are caused by a series of events and circumstances that aren't a problem alone, but add up to a serious risk. The most common one is a fatigued pilot. Pay them enough so they don't need a second job, and mandate reasonable maximum flight times. (currently the rules say a team of two pilots can be on duty for 16 hours).
Most stores mark down big ticket items and mark up the incidentals, but cables have gotten completely out of control. This is why there is so much marketing bullshit slapped on them.
The people critical of this process are missing some of the point. The claim of catching everything including 0 day exploits is a bit grandiose, but that doesn't mean it isn't a good idea. An approach like this will pick up malware infections because they cloak their processes. If this forces them to stop cloaking, it makes it much easier for standard malware scanning to be effective.
The accelerometer clearly shows me working when this one fell too. I suppose you will have to assign me another one. Well, I'm a team player sir, you can just get me a cheap phone for work use since I seem to be so hard on them.
"Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
Sitting in jail waiting 2 years for a trial is not something that should happen in our country. The system is broken and needs to be fixed.
Massively broadcasting a show to everyone at a specific time and having a large number of them set up a machine to record that show to watch later is dumb. Hosting the same show on a server and having everyone download it (or stream it) and watch it whenever they feel like makes sense.
I take it you don't support home users. I have seen *countless* infected systems because they were behind on security updates, and the one gumming up the works is WGA. Without that download, automatic updates screeches to a halt.
The minor problems upgrading, or incorrectly triggering WGA are nothing compared to the harm done by Microsoft in denying security patches. Years of propagated malware and vast monetary damage to other Windows owners simply to force a few people to buy new copies of their products. For that reason alone I feel a class action suit is justified.
One of the best things about this review is that it doesn't get stuck on how awful Jar Jar is, or the poor acting, it attacks the fundamental building blocks of the film.
For those that don't want to slog through all 7, I recommend just watching # 6, it has some of the best content.
While I feel for the plight of the Somali people, this needs to be stopped. If merchant vessels can't easily arm themselves for legal reasons, then they should move through dangerous waters with a military warship escort. Create shipping lanes, and ruthlessly enforce the security of those lanes.
Systems intended for business use generally come with a 3 year warranty, which increases the quality of the system. If they know it will be their responsibility to fix it if it goes bing in 2.5 years, they must make a more robust system. You will have to pay a little more, but it's worth it.
Both Microsoft and Google do less innovating than they claim to. Both companies take existing ideas and turn them into their products. There is an important difference though... Google tries to attract people to their products by actually making better products while Microsoft works to stifle competition.
While the post is drivel, the irony of trivializing people responsible for maintaining complex systems in story about catastrophic failure of maintaining a complex system is fantastic.
I'm sorry, but you apparently suck at optimizing XP. I too own a Mini 9, and I've installed XP and OSX86 on it. While I enjoy OSX on the device, XP once properly tuned was just as responsive and usable.
I've always hated the DS form factor. Two screens is terrible, I want one widescreen aspect ratio display. I like the hardware for the PSP Go, too bad they shot themselves in the foot about the card slot.
Hard and soft science fiction are different genres, and really should have different names.
Each have their problems. Hard sci-fi can be dry, and soft can be annoying when they push believability too far. Still, I have no problem being entertained by Firefly, Iron Sunrise, or The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Quality counts for way more then genre.
The Microsoft context sensitive ribbon takes us from the useability of a well organized file cabinet to that of a jet airplane cockpit that doesn't have the decency to keep the same button in the same place from one minute to the next. It is an awful, awful design, and emulating it is a huge mistake.

Current security is inadequate. We need to switch to whitelisting instead of blacklisting.
Not rebooted, reset. It was a security measure to prevent someone from simply using the reset button to drop the device to factory default.

For example, here is a link to an optical audio cable from Monoprice. 1.5 feet instead of 8 inches, less the gold plating, and it goes for 3.86 + shipping.

I'll never forgive them for what they did to the Interstate '76 franchise.

Will it still have two screens?

Wow. I've always wondered what the legalese for SHUT THE FUCK UP! was.

This is why there is a bite taken out of it!
