Call 'em up and say I'd like x amount of ram for my 1.6 ghz G5. They'll give you a price and its done. if it doesn't work, send it back and they'll replace it. They're the newegg of macs or something. No I dont' work for them, but have been very satisfied when i've used them.

If you're really going to get mad about it, get mad at your representitive for not bringing more to you.

it does cost extra to get that windows disk. only like 10 bucks, but it doesn't come with a dell by default.
