Microsoft has public news groups that have experts assisting with issues for just about every issue imaginable.
Exhaust the On-line options first. Chances are you'll never have to call support pros.

I guess my main point is that X-Box is too new of a Kid on the proverbial block to be included into 'the Cool Kids Club'.
If this reporter had done his research he would have known BEFORE entering the store wether or not S-Video or JPEG disc would have worked or not on the Cheap-O DVD Players.

Then again the ABC's of this world are P-Whipped by the Advertizers and Local affiliates in the sense that the ABC's cave to their wishes. They will never be bold enough to ignore them and go in new directions.
Look at what happened to Futurama. Perfect example.
The only new shows worth watching this season are the Sopranos and Kid Notorious (Comedy Central). Both Cable shows who's formulas for sucess are ones that the 'Free' TV stations will NEVER touch.
This month they have a HUGE writeup about GTA3 and next month they'll have a write up of VC.
This game is to be released 11/4 and, in addition to the above features:
- Has Dolby 5.1 Surround sound support. - The general draw distance is being increased so that you can see more of the city at once. - The Button Layout for this game is 100% customizable. - The additional memory of the Xbox will allow you to leave cars right where you leave them. - Area Loading is cut by as much as three times in some areas of the game.
