It has a runner going along the perimter of the legs. This means you can't slide a chair partially under the table as you can at most tables and you will end up hunched over the table.
I quiet disagree. He shouldn't win if the law wasn't written to allow him win. The ADA applies to physical places / public accommodations - not products. Interpreting it this way could lead to the requirement that all books are printed both in ink and in braille.
BTW - I'm really impressed with your Youtube videos and have shared them on my facebook page. LDS is lucky to have you in their ranks.
You know, all that logging crap you are doing....
Windows Mobile has this little program called Pocket Excel. Maybe if they just renamed it ten different things and called it an 'app', you could be happy with it instead.
We are all use to it. Gmail, everything on Google, banner ads, etc. are all seemingly targeting one way or another (my banner ads are often specific to my geography). Even direct snail mail works this way.
It's not like they are spying on anyone in particular. It isn't personal - it's automated targeting.
What do you like to make and sell?
For a while I was manufacturing ammo and would get bigger and bigger tankers so I could haul stuff around for trade.
Jews were disarmed. Poles were invaded by a superior army and then co-operated in their surrender. Saddam's regime was more tyrannical than oppressive and more or less was in a state of war with regions of his own country - some of which was out of his grasp (Kurdistan).
However, the grandparent is right in that tyrannical/oppressive governments are rarely overthrown without outside assistance. See: US revolution.
Then Dell/AW should have immediately notified him of that when he made the purchase or simply not allowed for a separate mailing address to be listed on the form.
A really awesome game that I thoroughly enjoyed - as much as I could despite it's bugs - was Dominion Wars. I think it had a lot that Starship Command lacked.
You don't understand distribution or software. The perspective of a very, very tiny and childish mind.
It's a waste of money to have servers ready to go before people have the game.
And stores need time to distribute their stock to all their locations so they can start selling at the same time, otherwise some will have an advantage over others. If GS cant' distribute as fast as Best Buy, then Best Buy would have an advantage of being able to sell the game out and sell it first, and then GS would decide not to carry the game at all.
Forget about throwing 'Jack Thompson's name on this. It simply applies the same standard to 'adult' rated games as it does for all other media that's on sale.
What the bill is saying is that if a minor wants to buy an 'adult' rated game, they will have to go one step further than simply walking into a shop and buying it. Were I a parent, I wouldn't mind that the child would have to ask me to buy it for him rather than him having access to it directly himself.
That is what "Now that's what I call music 45434" is for.
I too seek elaboration on the math subject.
CEOs are heroes.
If not being just like a video game makes a movie suck...... well, that's most movies.

Only if you can pay the taxes with ingame currency, too.
Individuals can fund their own dedicated servers. These are policed by the mods and are well run for the Battlefield series.
Oh - and one more thing. Would you be interested in doing accessibility consulting on a freelance basis? If so, send me an email at matt@braynard.com.

Brilliant. And I know he's a brilliant man. Citation?

except for, you know, the jail time.
I don't see a whole lot of netbooks selling with the starter edition in the developed markets.

Release dates are for a reason.
It's one of the most memorable and disturbing games I've ever played. Even Yahtzee liked it.
I think 1mil 16-25 yos would rather be PLAYING that WATCHING.
