I made conscious decisions which other people find disturbing. I only accept general calls on my land line, I allow pick up calls on my mobile that I am expecting at that time. I make calls with the mobile to keep a record, of the call not the content. Really shocks people when I tell them I do not normally answer my mobile phone, I used to be a slave to the phone at work and a mobile phone hugely exceeds my tolerance.
