Dip stick, from the buzzfeed (just eww, really, really fucking eww) article, "company engineer flagged Russian "entities" were using a Pinterest API to pull billions of points of Facebook data every day in 2014", they were data mining, not putting up information. Facebook obviously did not want to mention it because a bunch of others were also data mining the platform.

Pulling down data is not putting it up and thirteen Russian trolls getting people to click on links to get them to see a for profit ad, from somewhere else is not a fucking Russian influence operation, it is a typical click bait operation as done by spammers all over the fucking globe and sure it is annoying as fuck. Only in US/UK Bullshit Alliance, is it an espionage operation, ahh American corporate main stream propaganda, don't want to talk about fiscal or foreign policy, blame Russia for something, blame white men for something, do an pro-anti-pro-anti-pro-anti SJW rant session, or lets just talk genitals and gender (full disclosure my gender is Bungil https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... and my preferred pronouns, well I am still working on them but I do want to use every single letter in the English alphabet at least once, until then cheeky bastard will do I suppose).

  3. Reality though, want to attract more students to Universities in China, well obvious answer focus on universities for foreigners in Hainan, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... and make sure the surrounding towns are clean, the water is drinkable from the tap without boiling. Aside from that, Hainan province due to it's inherent nature (the Chinese Hawaii) will be an excellent place for branches of other Chinese universities to attract foreign students. In essence copy other popular university towns around the world, the local environment counts a lot, as does community acceptance of the students and access to the community social services for the students, dependent upon how many you actually want too attract, hundreds or thousands or tens of thousands, then you have post high school students and of course mature age students with regard to masters and doctorates.

Then of course you can have study and work programmes with part time jobs being available for economically viable students and ensuring they are protected and safe. So you promote studying in Hainan not in China persay and promote the leisure activities of Hainan, you probably wont have much problem getting educators to move there either.

  4. C'mon, the majority response, just access some pron (free porn, it ain't no fun if you pay for it ;DDD) and masturbate, why screw around with all the hassle, now that is becoming the majority response. The cheer leaders wail of where are all the rich nerds willing to put up with the drama and ego of pretty empty heads (oh so accurate in both interpretations, missing comma), is answered by silence and hiding nerds with the occasional mocking and trolling, living in the homes they bought with salaries from professional careers (the career neither the jock straps nor their cheer leaders take due to a lack of intellectual ability).

Now honestly, truly who is more likely to use Urban massage, the professional nerd or the loser jock strap douche, I can guess who the good safe customers are and who are the bad ones. Let's be honest, sites like OKcupid would be simpler if they put up the independently verified bank account details of the male and a current independently taken picture of the female and let the chaos ensue.

The digital age has shifted content to be more like a personal experience. Think when you are talking to some one and then some clown in a costume comes up, interrupts you and the other person and start screaming at you to buy something and basically demands you listen to their entire twaddle or they will prevent you from talking to the other person, from that moment on.

Google's problem with publishing content, their name has changed from one of respect and friendship to a democracy interfering, privacy invasive, SJW controlling freak and so their ability to sell content is screwed, they taint the content they try to sell by attaching their name to it. I took one glance at that premium content, assumed it was all going to be SJW bullshit and ignored it, boring, simply not interested. Did I check any programs, not a one, simply Google put their name to it, so I ignored it, Google has a bad reputation after all the censoring.

Fair, unfair, meh, my time my choice and so, so many choices, watch Google premium or play a computer game (hundreds of 'good' choices in there), do some social commenting (again lots of choices), generally peruse the internet, go to the movies, visit some one, go some where, go for a walk, do a bit around my home and of course Netflix or the content I already own, which fills a lot of Netflix gaps, stream from the internet in general and even read a book.

Just so, so many choices, especially content choices and of course more personal social interactivity choices. Google want to publish content, don't be a SJW Twat, don't be privacy invasive anal retentive control freaks, other wise people won't like you and won't buy stuff from you. Keep in mind is most definitely not a social media company, it is a marketing company that uses social media as bait and the bait only needs to be good enough to get suckers to bite and then Google manipulates the interaction to keep the sucker hooked whilst pushing crap ad after crap ad down their gaping, hooked in place, maws.

With existing factories, it is often easier, to simply shut them done whilst building new elsewhere, although there is a legal spare parts problem, carrying after no longer making those vehicle types.

Wow, everyone ignoring the big news GM basically killing the infernal combustion engine to go electric, now that's the big news. Psychopathic investors in fossil fuels who do not care about the consequences, just this quarters profits and bonuses, you can all fucking die as far as they are concerned.

To actively fix things, irrigate the deserts of Australia with desalinated water either using nuclear or wind power, pumping water from the sea to land, cooling the planet by cooling a continent, creating a global foodbank from irrigated desert in a politically stable country, which sequesters lots of carbon (for countries who have problem from climate change), and a substantive portion of the precipitation would fall back in Australian centre which is below sea level. Its size and scope could scale over time, creating tens of thousands of square kilometres of water sucking, carbon sequestering, planet cooling, farmland where desert now exists. This can also be done at other locations, like California or Texas, for substantive increases in property value, desert vs farmland. Just a matter of how cheap can desalinated water be, using below sea level reverse osmosis and wind power to pump the water and a supply of electricity with the excess energy generated, dependent upon wind turbine density versus square kilometres of below sea level reverse osmosis filters.

Lots of desalination would reduce sea levels and is far more controllable, rather than fucking with the environment. It needs to be pretty stable, peaks and troughs, in climate are to be avoided, short term weather effects could swing from one extreme to the other, quite destructively. At least this solution makes money, I am sure the fossil fuellers have no intention what so ever of paying for the other solutions nor would the rest of us be happy with the outcomes, as it swings from extreme to extreme, as they do more or less and the environment is thrown into chaos.

Rising chess popularity, not likely, simply the internet aggregating the numbers, more effectively upon a global basis. It just depends how well the internet aggregates that number over time ie only a small percentage of that 1% connect but over time that increases, so the popularity is not increasing, just the number of existing users aggregating around a site.

This article and it's planting, more like POS US corporate main stream media trying to force popularity. All blocked, cookies and script because entirely too much bullshit coming out of US corporate main stream media, not worth bothering with except to mock.

We can also check what you actually do and who does what and how they do it, in all likelihood some of those desks can switch to Linux and FOSS for word-processing and spreadsheets, far more stable and again it will only update when it is set to and free but some retraining time.

I remember making the switch from M$ SBS and after it was in for three months and someone asked me how long it had been in and I said a couple of weeks and then I remembered how long ago it had actually been in and the difference how much effort it took to maintain. The alternate upgrade from windows 10 to windows 7 or 8.1, now that will be a hard sell, if they have to pay for OS licences and only a short term solution because they will end up paying a rent for windows 10 as soon as M$ can force it through, don't pay and the system dies and all your data is dead.

If you can do Linux and FOSS, do it and then look for consultant to do it for you. A linux server is far more stable and cheaper.

Unbacked crypto is worthless, it has to be backed by something, for global trade, energy is the obvious choice, so energy producers of what ever variety can grind them out and an exchange board can make sure that the number of coins ground out. match the energy worth the company claims and the company will buy back the coins for the stated energy value (which rises or falls against all other currencies, dependent upon the value of the energy type and reliability of the energy supplier in question, it allows them to front sell energy and the buyer to stock up and allows international trade in energy free from national interference). Valenzuela is already trying but it must be international with a trading bodies both international and national for the global trade to occur and then be used for national/international fiscal payments, which could be based around how much energy the trading bodies holds and then issues crypto upon a basic of mixed energy types and suppliers held by the trading body).
