This is a couple of peoples who colected statistics of most sold albums/etc. I don't see why it means it's the best. It's all a question about advertisement, luck, and so on.
There are many great and unknown bands around the world that is very popular other places. I could use myself as good example.
I listen a lot to a band called Blind Guardian. This band has a relatively big popularity, especially in Europe. With a majority of the fans based in Europe, it could also be left out in the statistics, as I guess it's based upon a majority of american statistics.
As a bottom line: These statistics are no good for any normal person, since everyone has their own taste for music.

  7. Max Payne 2 on Best Original Games of 2003? · · Score: 0

Believe it or not, but I think it's the best game in 2003. Simply for one reason: It's so damned well written!
This will probably munch my karma, since no-one cares about my opinion, but well, I like it, and I have plenty to spare.

  11. Mini ITX on Laptop vs. Small Desktop: Best Bang Per Watt? · · Score: 0

I suggest that you build a Mini-ITX Based computer. These little 17x17 cm boards are incredible when it comes to power usage, and with a price of around $150 for a 1GHZ board (CPU attached), it might aswell be worth it. The normal usage of such a machine is around 55w.
Just don't build in any cd rom drives, you'll probably do fine with nothing but the board, a power supply, 256 or 512 megs of RAM, and a IDE or laptop harddisk.

  12. Sport? on Sports Videogames And Sports - Symbiotic Or Parasitic? · · Score: 0

OMG, he said the forbidden word!

I hate sports games, mostly because many of them are rereleased every year, adding some new functions, voices, and teams. I mean... I have never really seen the idea of buying them. If you want the adrenaline to pump in your veins, then play a god damn action game!

Anyway, I'll see what I can do. What software would you suggest?
I thought about Open Office, but it sucks to set up for danish support (my native language). What else would be appealing?
A full Linux distrubtion like Mandrake?
    A live CD?
    Some games? :P
