This would be cool if they make the same controls have a wired option to get around all possible interference problems and this would let you recharge the controls.
2) Jail time has to COUNT. When you get caught by the police, the game has to turn into you sitting in the crossbar hotel sitting on a cot for 48 hours (or so) of realtime.
Are you kidding me? I can't stand the minute or so run back to my corpse in Warcraft. Nobody wants forced downtime in a supposedly fun activity.
Why are you comparing cable TV to an internet connection? Cable TV is for entertainment purposes mostly, and it barely services that function.
An internet connection is used for all sorts of functions including finding news from a multitude of sources, communication, and being able voice your opinion in a public forum such as the one we're on right now.
You can go to that website to get the official numbers there.
Those numbers are in no way official. Blizzard has said that they are inaccurate. You can read one of their responses here (if the forums aren't hosed).
You can always return and mop up the lower level quests (if you want the positive faction reputation points)
I saw some chatter in the forums about not getting much faction reputation if a quest is too low level to you. If the forum search worked, I would post a link to it.
Ever since they restarted the realms last night, I haven't had a problem. I'm sure that the people with characters on the 4 servers with extended downtime are upset, but they can start alts while they wait.
This launch is still better than any MMO launch I've played in.
You seem to be talking about two different things here. What does console patriotism have to do with Halo 2 hype?
I agree that console patriotism is a complete waste of time. It is just like any other flame war fodder (vi vs. emacs, etc.), but I doubt that it is going to stop. People just like to take sides, I guess.
As far as Halo 2 hype goes, companies hype their big products and fans of those products go apeshit while waiting for the product to come out. I don't see that changing either.
IMHO, I think that Halo 2 has done a pretty good job of living up to the hype. I could care less about the story. I'm only in it for the multiplayer. They need to do some work on the Live stuff, but I've been having a lot of fun playing.
I thought so too, but Wikipedia says that Washington University is a private institution. However, I'm not sure exactly how the debates are funded, and I don't know if that would make a difference since it is on private property.
Geez, did I miss the note in the article blurb where it tells us which side we should take on this.
The guys already dropped "Theatre 3000" from their name. I haven't been to a show in a while so I don't know if they modified their opening which included "Theatre 3000" in their name. And this is all over a show that is in re-run purgatory.
Besides, how can you be upset at these guys? They actually made Crossroads into a wonderful experience.
I bought two of these boards, and I had nothing but trouble with them. One would never work above 133 FSB, and the other has random stability problems. I RMAed the one that can't go over 133 FSB, and I'm pretty certain I got the same board back since it has the same problems. No more Epox for me.
I recently picked up the GBA RPG Golden Sun for a long plane ride. It seemed liked I had to read 10 pages of text for every battle I got into. Maybe I was just in a bad mood because of the long plane ride, but I've already put the game back up on eBay.
Maybe the Senator doesn't read it, but, hopefully, that aide puts a mark in the "Hates New Bill" column. They have to somewhat stay in line with their constituency's views (assuming that the hippies vote).

dm6 is in the article title and no one is talking about it? That is still my favorite map of all time.

I don't think Singapore is a relevant example. It is smaller than Rhode Island.

The sad thing is that I don't think that the lack of comments has anything to do with what day it is.

According to some posts from Blizzard in the beta forums, you can use the beta client in retail. I've managed to find one of the posts.

I think the E3 event was more of a technology demo. They even labeled the thing as an Alpha if I remember correctly.
You have to admit that it ran pretty well for such an early state.
However, I agree that is was pretty boring.

The price lured me in also.
Asus has never done me wrong, and I also have good experiences with Gigabyte boards so I'll probably stick with those two vendors from now on.

A friend of mine was an extra on Sin City recently. He said that they were using the graphic novel as the actual script.
