a great idea! But I would change the name of the website. Usual paranoia feelings - if the web site owners ever got sued and were forced to hand over user details then suing your arse in turn might be too easily as you've kinda already admitted guilt. Just a donation/thankyou site where you can give money to artists because you know they are getting ripped off by the music industry would be better methinks - thanksforthemusic.com???
I actually think you don't know what you are talking about. "my daily existence a living hell"? Are you referring to Windows dll hell or your clothes you mother makes you wear? ZING! Either way you are overreacting and I am being a smart ARSE.
All flavours of the Pocket PC/Smartphone (2002/3/5) support xhtml via Pocket Internet Explorer. I suggest you check out Windows Mobile 5.0/2005 http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/5/default.m spx. I agree about the flaky comment in past versions though.
WML is actually being phased out as the micro-browser default markup language with xhtml, xhtml MP (WAP v2.0) and cthml becoming more popular.
One thing that scares the Australian government (and perhaps the US too) is the old idea of bartering. I remember when the GST was introduced here and a journalist asked our Treasurer about it - he squirmed.
What if you are in an emerging market and are doing business at home?

Not insanely http://www.aic.gov.au/stats/. Crime is everywhere anyway, there are jails in every country.
Duke Nukem is a Nazi? I suppose Fuzzy Wuzzy is a woman then too?
