I quite enjoy smoking. Cigarettes, Cigars, (don't smoke bud anymore, but I enjoyed that quite a bit too). Would quitting be better for me? Yes. Nobody's debating that. Should I have the right to choose if i want to sentance myself to a slow, painful, smokey death? Yes.

Odd, I could have sworn the troll was you. Just because you find cigarette smoke disgusting doesn't mean everyone does. Last time I checked, trolls tried to enforce their opinion on others. You know, kinda like the Christians in the Crusades. And boy howdy, THAT went well, didn't it?

This whole thing is really kinda unsettling.

I'm talking about the pennance instituted by the catholic church. You know, the real law of the dark ages. Notice I said SIN and not CRIME. If you disagree, you can go have a discussion with my Human Sexuality Professor, and the makers of the textbook Crooks & Baur: Our Sexuality, 9th Edition. I'm sure they'd love to know that they're wrong. Besides, just because you can't find it doesn't mean it's wrong. Apparently you simply don't know how to research.

Oh, and no need to be a dick about it either. Dick.

This post goes against all that slashdot stands for.

    A) People are gonna overclock whatever they can get their hands on.
    B) Many slashdotters DO use more then that much speed. There's gaming and developer sections for a reason
    C) It's all about speed. If it weren't, why would intel and amd even be in business? they could still be cranking out pIIs and whatnots and be doing just fine. Oh, but wait, people want to go FASTER.
    D) Do a survey and I think you'll find most slashdotters own or have access to at least one machine with more than 1ghz of power. There are allways exceptionis, (like you) and exceptions are stupid.

Stop lying like you know something. Have you ever been to a gun range? People shoot their guns more often at a gun range then they will EVER shoot their guns at any other point in time. Don't believe me? Take a look at the floor of a gun range. It's LITTERED with shells. Take a look at the floor of a crime scene. Just a few shells. Take a look at the forest floor. Probably just as many as at the crime scene. Stop being a jackass and use real statistics, or at least reason to prove your point.
