My only real concern would be with having regular passenger's fingerprinted and stored in a criminal database for no good reason.
If it is a civilian database then well, it's still not 'nice', as being a passenger on a plane isn't nearly the same thing as being a registered owner of a firearm (if you get me), but it's not as bad as being classed with criminals.

Um ok, so you don't commit crimes. Thats good.

Now, what do the people who have to fly in and out of the country for business or relatives do? The two aren't even in the same league. The fingerprints that are taken are added to a criminal database. I wasn't aware that being a passenger on a plane made you a potential criminal.

Just curious, but if the Xbox 360 has 10 million sold, and the PS3 hopes to have an additional 6 million by the end of the year (on top of this 1 million?)...

Doesn't that mean they can't possibly have a market domination even after a year? How long do consoles typically have to win over the market?

I wonder if developers jumping ship was part of Microsoft's reason for wanting the deal. more disenfranchisement means less open source competition (you could say they'll move to greener pastures but some could just leave). I realize even if that was true it would be a huge monetary waste for Microsoft, but tin foil hats are cheap. No, not trolling. It's a boring workday and I can cook up any plots I like!

However I haven't noticed any stuttering issues and I have never installed any drivers for it. No locking up either.

Personally I wish I could find a black one to match the rest of my desk, haven't seen any, but on the back of one of a Microsoft keyboard box I saw it there, in front of the black keyboard, taunting me... damn thing. The buttons being on opposite sides are much better for gaming in my opinion though, you won't ever mistakingly hit the wrong button because your thumb slips.
