So you say all people who don't work 16 hour days, 7 days a week are wasting time? People have free time, and what they do with it is none of your fuckin' business.
I don't think the company that owned this is going under. However, I'm sure they use the same software in some of their other MMOs, so no way would they release the sourcecode.
I would say rigorous interview process is to blame. It is more important to know how to get through interviews, lying or otherwise, than to have any actual knowledge.
Just submit a story full of buzzwords to Slashdot, and instead of linking article link your victims IP address. The editors won't check the link, and your victim will be slashdoted for a while.
Actually this is news, if the news release said "LEGO MMO Behind development, but we'll release it anyway, with all the bugs and half the content, and we'll patch it later, only we won't because it will suck so bad due to bugs and no content it will be DOA." Then I think your comment would be on the money.
No way, I'm waiting for DUPLO MMO.

Sure people complain it will be "dumbed down to a level so that even a 2 year old can play it." I say to them this is a good thing. It will open the genre up to the masses!
Wow a lawyer that's in it for the money. I wouldn't have guessed. Ok ok sorry for the sarcasm. I think it's a good thing that lawyers are greedy SOBs that are in it for the money, that way you can be sure they will do the best job possible.
If those voters got it in their heads that painting the washington monument pink would prevent violence, then we'd have serious proposals to start buying pink paint and lots of rollers.
Yey another stimulus bill! Or should I call it paint industry bail-out?
Though I am not affected by the $60 price tag. I only bought one non indy release over the last year, and it so happened to be I got $30 off from that, so it cost me $20. Indy games are priced reasonably, and hell more often than not if you pick your game right it will be well worth your money.
No I don't think so. Only advances I foresee are in making more portable, cheaper, more environmentally unfriendly electronic gadgets to distract the masses from the incompetence of their leaders. That or if all goes to hell we'll see amazing advances in shotguns and can openers.
Ok let's say that Earth warms up on its own and it's not the humans' fault. Does that magically change the drought and famine that will come with this? Would the fact Humans didn't cause it make the flooding from melting sea ice somehow irrelevant? FUCK NO.
That's why I am against lateral integration, only vertical. I'm tired of these companies using "too big to fail" defense. That is in my opinion #1 reason for antimonopoly laws, so we keep these companies from holding the public at large hostage tot heir demands.
Exterminate the dependent elderly until they only represent a small portion of the population.
I fear the way we are pushing burden onto the future generations, eventually when we are in our 70s, they might do just that.
Correlation is causation! Mwahaha.
Yes it does! I mean look they installed all these CC cameras everywhere, and the knife crime is through the roof! Clearly the cameras are causing it!
It seems the US creates most of its own monsters.
I blame the Monster Repellent Lobby.
Laziness
It's the fact they always seem to say everything they think.

Damn you, I was thinking the same exact thing as I clicked this story, and there it was ;)

This thing is awesome. Watch the video, it actually frikin' flies.
Maybe their tubes are clogged!

Their website is still up!
I enjoyed the original. It suffered from small player base however. Hopefully this one takes off.
That's as the prosecutors would put it "epic fail."
