Consoles are great for some genres of games (such as FF-style RPG's, Sports games, party games etc), but when it comes to FPS, RTS or MMOG give me a PC any day of the week. How anyone can stand playing an FPS with a controller is beyond me. Consoles are generally a generation BEHIND by the time they are released, whereas you can get the latest and greatest graphics on a PC.
Also, who wants to pay an internet connection fee PLUS a subscription fee (for XBox Live! or Sony Online) when they can just pay the internet fee and play the game for free over the net on a PC?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that any sentence 2 years or more in length would automatically put you in a federal prison (which is why one often hears "Two years less a day.").
I think UT2K3 is one of the best pre-release demo's I've ever played (certainly better than Quake3). Graphics look great on my system (Athlon XP 1800+/512MB DDR RAM/GF3 Ti500), and I have had no problem with aiming (are you sure you turned off the "autoaim" flag in settings?).
Will they be getting rid of some of those annoying 360-degree vista shots? I have a bad feeling that there will be another 10 of them in the extra footage.
