Unless of course they have changed the form factor of the unit to use a custom plug (similar to the PSOne, PS2, Xbox and Xbox 360). And like the Xbox360, the cheaper version may only come with a standard AV Cable? Changes are possible seeing as they have also only listed HDMI as x1 (instead of the original x2 as previously shown in console screenshots)
This is different from a webcam because now we can FINALLY stop talking to the top/bottom/side of someone's head (depending on where the camera is placed in relation to the screen). We can actually LOOK into the eyes of someone who is webcamming with us! and IMHO its about time!!!!
I'd suggest, with the "It's the vibe" heading, a quote from the Australian Movie "The Castle" (It's MABO, It's the constitution, but most importantly, its the vibe) that the accent he is displaying is Australian.
or as us Aissies like toy say... you are the ones with accents!:-)
I know I'm not adding a solution here, but I was attempting to think outside the box here:
PVR's? just off the top of my head, can they record from aux sources? most have DVI output, but do any have DVI input? that would be a nice pure DVI solution if such a device existed. or DVI-To-HDMI.... keeping it digital.
Although there are many others out there, citrix should've at least rated a mention! it has changed the face of many remote connectivity environments all over the place!
With differing skill levels, I suggest looking for games that try to level the skills between the players...
Quiz games: Questions can be random (say like, Buzz! Quiz game)
Sports games: where the better player chooses a lower skilled team. (NBA / NHL, Pro Evo)
Fighting games: most of these have a handicap option. I know Street Fighter 2 used to, and I think Tekken did.
Hand-Eye Co-ordination games: Dance Dance Revolution, Beatmania, Guitar Freaks etc. where you're testing your reactions rather than your knowledge of the levels. (these games also usually have individual difficulty levels)
Car Racing: choose a C-Class car while your partner chooses a B-Class car?... or drive manual, while they drive Automatic.
Puzzle Games: again, individual difficulty levels can come into play here; games such as Bust-A-Move, Tetris, Eggo-Mania.
With the high availability of SATA drives (HDD & CD/DVD) these days I'm wondering why they still include IDE Connectors on these boards. Surely if they want to get the size down even further they could remove the IDE ports and use only SATA.
WIth the (relatively) cheap High quality components available to set up your own home theatre, what benefit does a cinema offer compared to your own home theatre?
There comes a sense of self-achievement in setting up your own home theatre, and no matter how tight-ass you are when you set it up, you still love it like you love your own child. Sure, you sometimes get humbled by other people who have set up more expensive home theatres that sound better and have a bigger screen, but when it comes down to it, why would you prefer to pay $x PER PERSON for something that you can soon hire from a movie store for half the cost of 1 person's ticket, and screen it for as many people you can fit in your house, as many times as you want while you have the movie hired out?!
Pop-corn is cheaper, the seats are comfortable, you can leave your mobile phone on, you dont have to get pissed off at someone else leaving their mobile phone on, and you dont have a Texan woman trying to sue you for assault for simply asking them to be quiet!
I'll admit to never playing a DC before, thus not knowing where it fit in the scheme of things... and I apologise to all those DC FanBoys out there for the misrepresentation of the console!
I also missed out on the SegaCD and numerous others... but in context I was just trying to clarify that there were more than 4, which I think you've been able to debunk by clarifying the 3D element!
From TFA: "Despite dramatic gains in graphical realism in four generations of console platforms"
Gen 1: Arari Gen 2: Master System / NES Gen 3: Genesis / SNES Gen 4: Playstation / Dreamcast Gen 4.5: N64 - You KNOW it! Gen 5: PS2 / Xbox / Gamecube Gen 6: Xbox 360 (its out now... aint it?)
should it be 6 (or perhaps 7 if you count the graphical increases within the N64) generations of console platforms????
Forest Gump?
"No HDMI Output"

Introduce him to the wonders of a Macro Keyboard
a few weeks later, problem will be solved!
Been a while, but I think the busty ladies in town used to say:
"Hey sexy, would you like to take a look at my titties?!"
Although there are many others out there, citrix should've at least rated a mention! it has changed the face of many remote connectivity environments all over the place!
or those who Buy a computer to play Solitaire!
Or for those not willing to move away from MP3's, but wanting to get their hands dirty, there's always these

Theres plenty of options!!!
MSI Have SATA CD/DVD ROMS
There's also the USB / Firewire options for initial setup for those who dont need optical drives in their mini PC's
Yes, but the re-written patent system will infringe on too many existing patents. It's all too hard! ;-D

Hmmm... I read and re-read the author's question 6 times over, and am yet to find a reference where he/she specifically asked that the program be OSS?
P.S. Apologies for feeding the troll
