I went to a school with a "zero tolerance" policy. Anyone involved in a fight, regardless who starts it was suspended. I once saw a guy take the beating of his life, and he never raised a hand to defend himself, hell he couldn't. He still got suspended 3 days same as the other guy no questions asked.
Needless to say if anyone even pushed me I beat the ever living hell out of them... by then it was too late cause I was already going to get suspended.
I asked teachers on several occasions in Junior High to get the 3rd year repeating 7th graders to leave us younger students alone. Nobody would do anything. Same old, "Don't get into a fight or you will be suspened!"
On a side note, who is interested in data mining on small children??? Or is the final product going to be of more interest when used on adults??
Just point out how many clarinet playing Rockers there are out there and I am sure they will just let you sign a normal slave contract instead of suing you.

The whole point of this article is that they "need" or maybe just want more money to pay for road projects etc. Instead of letting the people decide this, they try to confuse the issue enough to get people to vote for something they don't want. They claim gas prices will be "come down" if this passes. But rest assured if it passes, they will get more money from somewhere.
One of the questions asked at some places where you donate blood is whether you pick up dates online. This is considered a risk factor for sexually transmitted diseases because it increases your exposure to people you would not meet in your ordinary activities.
I mean face it, if that chick will sleep with you after meeting you online once, who would she not sleep with.

The little security strips with the denomination amount on them is non-reflective... IE, simple scanning techniques don't pick them up. Just a tidbit I picked up on the History Channel... so close to TNN where I watch TNG reruns.
These graphics are terrible... I mean how the hell do they expect us to get into the "realism" of whatever this game they are reviewing is, if the graphics suck so bad. Why don't they get a real picture to use...
