    I had to install about 5 diffrent distros on my laptop untill I found one that I liked (Knoppix/Debian).
    It really just gives the user the ability to find what is right for them without having to install everything by hand. Of course, if you have apt-get...

    The way you say this makes it sound like Mr. Kerry shot an unarmed man in the back with no warning. Shooting an armed enemy soldier in a combat zone is something that happens in wartime. It does not matter if they are running towards or away from you, an armed enemy soldier is a legitimate target.

    Catholic and other private schools get to cherry pick the best students. It's much easier to teach smart kids.
    From personal experience as a stuednt, I can tell you that there are always exceptions to this rule.

    Why would Lucas change English to an alien language while the characters still speak English? This makes no sense.
    And, technically, it is not a language, it's only a script/character set. Each letter corresponds (as far as I can tell) to a letter in the English language. An example of a ficticious language would be Klingon, which has its own nouns, verbs and rules for usage. The same goes for Tolkein's Elvish.

    I've never used it (no microphones), but I can assure you that I did not just google it to get my karma up. I heard about it 3 months ago, downloaded and examined it, then read the manual. It can do GSM, and from what the manual says, it sounds really good with high-quality equiptment.
    And besides, who wants to pay for a $3000 STU-3 phone, complete with NSA backdoors.

    You forget that there are linux distributions for PowerPC, RISC, Alpha, ARM, etc.
    So you could just buy an Apple.
