they're only cheating themselves out of an education. When they get a career later in life if they failed to learn their trade they'll definitely pay for it. If they cheated to get there and still do well in their chosen field then they obviously learned what they needed too, and maybe skipped out on the unimportant details. If they continue to cheat when they get in the industry and are caught theyll definitely pay for it, and big time.
Many people just want the physical media, because it gives them more of the feeling, or illusion, of ownership. Secondly the audio quality is severely limited on mp3, or whatever other formats you'd get on iTMS. You're getting so much less because of compression with the iTMS, but you're paying the same amount. Regardless of physical media, I'd still shun any online music store unless I can get at least CD quality audio.
they won't have most of the games at launch. I kind of assumed that when they listen the systems that they'd have most if not all the titles. I thought I'd be able to get Golden Axe, Dragon Warrior 4, Blades of Steel, Kickle Cubicle, and other games I loved in the past. This definitely lessens my want to get the system at launch now.
I will let my kids play the Nintendo Wii, it'll help them create hand eye coordination, and depending on the game maybe a work out along they way. Also Legos are a staple toy that all kids should play with. It creates imagination as they stray from the original designs the company packages in with the pieces.
I don't plan to give them every toy they ask for either. This just makes them think they can have anything they want. It's sad how you almost have to watch your kids every minute they're outside of the house. I remember when I was a kid I'd bike to my friend's house almost daily and then we'd bike around town to the park and play there, or sit around and play Nintendo or Legos.
Now-a-days people tend to shun letting your kids play around like that because someone might kidnap them. Because of this and lazy parents who know they can buy their kids off get them toys like cell phones, ipods, and new games or movies to play with and just let the kids entertain themselves. The idea of family is going away. I plan to spend time with my kinds and when I'm not at least I'll give them something better than a random television program to entertain their minds.
With the title I thought you were going to talk about White Wolf's settings, like Vampire, Mage, and Exalted, where you only roll d10's. They definitely have a better social setting and give characters a purpose for that charisma stat.
D&D is so very lacking when it comes to social play. Their new 3.5 books focus mainly on combat and xp works that way too. Exalted, which I play, focuses on the setting and combat is made to be smooth and fast to not take up the whole session so you can enjoy more role playing before and after it.
I hope so. I had a friend who lost their Game Cube one when bringing it around to friend's houses and now uses the N64 one. Now he just has all 3 systems laying there, all electrically plugged in, but uses only one S-video cable to plug in the system he's currently using.
This 2x is possible in many ways. If you're on a higher resolution with your screen, shrink it down to a lower one. If you're using Opera to surf online just change the site scale to 200%.
Bonus info: If you're at a site like Homestarrunner.com which is all vector graphics you can change the scale of the content and it won't degrade the picture quality. Strong Bad e-mails full screen is glorious.
reading the title I thought it was about beating WoW, like you'd beat another video game. I was thinking how you're do that like maxing out your levels and getting the best equipment. There is in fact no way to beat WoW, thats why everyone is still playing, they haven't won yet.
Whats wrong with this world, why are you selling a cell phone when it still works. If it works for you, keep it. I think you're just wasting money on a new phone that you don't need. Keep your phone and keep your privacy, untill it breaks; then dispose of it accordingly.
Will data storage which is tightly integrated to the OS be more attractive to the average user, or will we prefer to have our information stored on a physical media we can put in our pockets?"
First post!!!
Oh crap, I guess I was late too.

I think it all boils down to crappy parenting.

I know the next page, new ad, is annoying, but to be fair there were only 4 pages. This means you hit the next page only 3 times, not 8.
Are the sales of other mp3 players going up though? The iPod could have just saturated the market enough that people aren't buying as many of them?

Suspend his account however is like putting him in jail. There isn't much he can do during that time.
If we're all free, we're free to have rights.
But someone else is free to take them away.

To add to that Counter Strike, which still gets roughly 120 million man hours monthly. It just makes you wonder what they're rating this all on.
Dang it I knew I shouldn't have hired that pyro from Dell.

I never liked iTunes, but GTunes I'm down with that homey.
I'm not sure exactly how close...
I sure must have been a great experience, you remember it with such detail.

Then no, no it won't unseat Apple.
This is why I have sex in my car. Driving to work is always a stimulating experience.
Snakes on a Plane! 2
Then about 9 hours in you get disconnected because of lag
