Re:Facts please.
Let's see what Google has to offer for "doggy".
Well, top link for me is the Wikipedia article on "doggy style", but that was almost too easy.
What else on the first page... ah, an animation of a woman ripping the head off a man during sex.
OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooOOOooOooOoooo.

Re:"Scroogled"
Almost as bad as when they paid CSI Miami or something like that for a scene where a guy "binged" someone's name on his Windows Phone.
That was real awkward, and I can't even find this video anymore, because "binged" pulls up tons of pages about recuperating after you binged in a bar, "bing that" brings up this video and "bing his name" thinks I want to learn about Bing Crosby.
Honestly, just feels like sour grapes to me, "We're fucking ineffective on tracking and targeted ads, let's pretend it's because we care!"

Well, as a rule, RPG Heroes are Jerks. http://www.collegehumor.com/video/5977008/rpg-heroes-are-jerks
Ultima IV was still ultra violent. Try playing though it without any weapons or offensive spells. See how far you get. Ultima IV, as awesome as it is, just wraps its violence up in religion. -

Re:Not just analytic...
Was medicine "not science" when they believed in "bad blood" and treated people with leaches? A wrong theory is scientifically valid if no more plausible theory is available. When religion first emerged, no more plausible theory was available. At the time, it fitted the observed universe -- it is a very human thing (and not specific to religion) to anthropomorphise and assume someone's actively controlling events. (Consider how scarily believable the the College Humour God of Tetris sketch is. Who never found themselves believing there was something in the program "deciding" on the pieces rather than simply selecting them randomly.) It was a reasonable theory at the time, given the knowledge. Once it was widely accepted, it remained a reasonable theory for a while. Just because it isn't a reasonable theory now, doesn't mean it never was.

The original Tranformer is great
By all accounts they sold 1.6 million of 'em, which isn't bad for a few months on a new product - about $2B the first half year. To have the next gen come so soon after is quite awesome. The original one will continue to sell on a long tail for some time, since it's great and has the best port mix of all Android tablets.
I've got one, and it rocks. Updates come quick and I'm really looking forward to ICS. All the apps I bought for my phone just automagically are available on the tablet and work great. Other tablet platforms might have a "limited apps" issue, but apparently Android was well designed to scale to different resolutions since version 1.6 oh, so long ago. If you get one, try "Corby." Google Talk is also nice - it lets me video chat with the kids when I'm away from home on business. Kindle is essential - I just downloaded "At Napoleon's Side in Russia", the journal of Armand De Caulaincourt of the Napoleonic siege of Moscow that many years later disheartened the Nazi invaders as told here. I'm gaining a new respect for the strength of the Russian people's character, which isn't a benefit I expected from a geek toy. The miniHDMI port is handy for giving presentations in conference rooms because the included Polaris Office handles Powerpoints nicely, and for reference docs there's PDF. It does Flash, which is nice when I want to research what the Internet is for.
The launch of the Transformer Prime solves my biggest problem with the Transformer: holding on to the damned thing. Apparently my wife and kids (and grandson) are fond of these apps and want to use my tablet all day. Now I can hand it down to them and get me the Prime. Sweet.

Re:Not just meth
It can also be used to create an explosive compound that shall remain nameless.
Why should it be nameless?
Censorship will never prevent misuse, only perpetuate ignorance. It is better to explain that this compound explodes violently, and at the smallest touch (starts at about 1:00).

Re:It'd be the same as anyone else.
You say that as if those are worthless things. Knowing how to get along with people and avoid trouble with authority are important real-world skills too.
Anyway, this kid needs less reading and more doing. A useful alternate question is how you fit Gabriel into the less academic work that's already there. There's no useful math/science classes left for the kid, but there are electives that should keep him busy learning useful things while socializing too. Forget about music theory; learn how to play a few instruments in a regular music class instead. At 13, learning guitar to get laid would be a good choice too. Similarly, stop researching physics and use the electronics/shop classes to get practice building better stuff. Unless his parents have a giant shop in the house, the facilities at the school make a useful lab for a budding inventor like this kid.
I found "electives" like these were much more open to having a rouge genius wandering around doing their own thing than the normal classes too. My electronics teacher thought it was great when I burned through (pun intended) all the simple soldering projects included in the main track, and moved on to sitting in the back building a robot the rest of the year instead.

Re:Mathematically...
I can point you to a lot of things, of equal value for people as the artists you mention. The problem is that different people value different things, I for one know only the Beatles, and don't really like their music (it's good music, but it's old and kind of boring).
My list would be:
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=HDstarcraft#g/u
146,463,134 views, 384,895 subscribers.
http://www.collegehumor.com/
http://sitasingstheblues.com/
http://www.kernel.org/ (and of course all the Linux distributions and all the free open source tools)
and many more of course, I don't like to post now all of my bookmarks. You should finally realizing that the people you list all are a tiny minority and that almost all works are created still either by professionals or by amateurs. The professionals are paid anyway for their work and the amateurs are creating for the fun of it.
Take for example a film. There are many people working to create a film, all are professionals. When the film is finished, it is released to the theatres and the people get paid. Then the DVD is released and the people get paid once more.
Now take out the copyright, what will happen? The film would be still be made, it would still be released to theatres and there would be still a DVD of it. The people who worked would get paid. But they would not be paid indefinitely, because after a while there would be cheaper DVDs from other who just copy the film, and you could download it everywhere for free. But that would not be the problem, because almost all people involved in the production of the film are paid once anyway.
So the outcome would be that the movie studios is pressured hard to create new movies, which they can sell to theatres and make new DVDs. The market would be very dynamic and the outcome would be that more films are made more efficient and there would be much more competition.
If you think I'm crazy, think again, history is on my side. That is exactly what happened in the 19th century in Germany, which did not had any copyright laws. In fact, that period of time is now known as the Golden Age where Germany transformed itself from an agriculture country to an industrial nation. It happened in the USA, too. Long ignored the USA the copyright of books that came from Europe, with the result that it transformed itself in a very short period of time to the powerful nation we know now.

Re:I vote for Inception...
College Humor summarised a couple of the plot holes in an amusing manner.
Movies like Inception can be considered great in spite of their plot holes, sub-par storytelling or horrendous acting, though, if they spark an idea in your mind that wasn't there before (see: Star Wars). Perhaps the only point these awards have is to stimulate debate about great movies among the legion of people who believe they were distributed inaccurately.

Re:Degrees
Also: http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1830262
I can imagine some kind of open university type setup catching on in a wiki like fashion.
As it stands there can be huge variations in graduates already.
A lot of the "validation" seems more like bluster.I'm working with someone who graduated from the same CS course I did who can't even configure a wireless laptop on the network.
Others from my course are currently network engineers.Personally I'd welcome hiring practices which focused more on testing the candidates actual skill rather than glancing at the name of the university which issued their degree.
