    Clarke was wrong on that point, the white collar jobs he speaks of, are not things people even do anymore, let alone from home ... those jobs have been replaced by software and automated systems decades ago. If you have a job where you can work from home, just keep in mind that its something that anyone could do, including software ... and the value you bring is almost nil cause no one knows you exist in the first place

  6. apprasials are used to tell your lender that you are buying a house for X and it should be worth around X so they dont loan 500,000$ for a double wide in meth country, its mostly looking at the value of the building and property and comparing it to recent data from the area (a radius of a few miles).

    Now a home inpsection is where you as the buyer have a professional check the place over so you can make an informed decision and or leverage in negioations

    dunno around here its a big display right in front of the electrical stuff

    I have looked at it many times, but cost and compatibility keep me away cause it cost a fuckton and its compatibility is lower than anything else on the market

    its hard to argue a 50$ smart outlet when you can get a 3 pack on amazon and it works with iris and 4 other controllers, including the voice command assistants

    actually if you sit down and play doom for even a moderate length of time, its quite boring and repetitive until the end levels then its boring repetitive and the difficulty ramps to 11, not because of good game design, only because of baddy spawn vomit

    I reuse the plastic bags all the time, from trash can liners to bringing my lunch in one until they fall apart, and its actually fairly rare around here to see them as litter

    what does make a shit ton of litter around my area is paper, its freaking everywhere cause people get it bangged in to their head that they biodegrade so that must mean the second it touches the ground it goes poof into thin air

    so the problem really is not the material in all cases, its fuckwits that do not understand to not throw their biohazard garbage onto the ground

    yea ya lazy bums go out, use your own gas, go to the walmart, which is the only store that has what you are looking for, pay 10+ % more + tax, lug it out to the car yourself, use more gas to drive it back, and drag it to your own front porch

    WHY THE FUCK WOULDNT EVERYONE WANT THIS?

  21. Invest a little money into poor communities buying up properties tax free
    Make new apartments and condo's reinvigorating a blight, tax free .. of course no one living there now can actually afford them
    Keep it on the books for 10 years, pricing all the poor people out, until its full of hipsters and yuppies, then sell for a massive profit and still not pay taxes on it

  24. Sometimes its better to not know, I had a package go from Orlando FL to Louisville Ky THOUGH Seattle Wa, or another one that went from New York to Canada via Los Angles

    its amazing how blithering incompetent they are at their ONE job, its not just an occasional oops, its every single package just wandering for days or weeks to hopefully end up in the correct area by sheer luck
