In terms of search and seizure laws I guess this gets a little trickier. My 1st reaction was well your cell is broadcasting so it would the same as telling people to not listen when you are shouting. However what if the equipment would be capable of listening to your conversation that would kind of be spying and I am not so keen on that idea. But is it really different to someone eavesdropping on your conversation in public. So torn. /back to work

  6. Re:"Nearly American accents"? on Why Offshore When Canada's Next Door? · · Score: 1

All American and Canadian accents have a lot in common with each other in fact I can barley tell a west coast Canadian from a Californian Accent. I guess you have to be very used to the differences to hear them all. While I have heard the Texan, New York accents and yes they are all different. They have no where near the differences that occur on the little Island I live on at the moment called Britain. But then some American thought I sounded Scottish (WTF). So it depends if you look at the world as whole then yes it is nearly an American Accent, just like the NZ accent is a near Australian Accent.

Assuming it is where you are then I bet ALLofMP3 don't have the rights to sell in (US,EU etc)

OR if it is in Russia and we draw a parallel to goods, You would pay a importing duty when it is delivered in most countries so I guess at the very least I would expect you should declare it to the Tax man.

but seriously though, GT was so good because it was so, real. even if you cut the graphics to half it's current quality, the controls, the way cars handle, once you do GT and touch any other racer, the way the cars move feel fake and alien - and that's what makes GT special.

I will agree to beat the GT the game will need to have the playability (GTs physics and speed perception just feel right) and the continuos gains to be had. GT isn't just a racing game it is also a collect type RPG where you get can improve your car then as things go on increase the size of your garage.

Although the controls, I hope you dont mean the PSX controller. Bit like driving a radio controlled car you have two small sticks and you will notice most competitive RC car drivers use a wheel and trigger controller. I personally like the Dreamcast controller for racing games out of the consoles std controllers, 1 analog trigger for accelerate and 1 for break and the stick for steering. This allows you to break and have your foot (finger) on the gas at the same time

It is a service that can't be outsourced and when pple can't afford to pay for medical at all it means the economy is so fucked it isn't funny. Saying this, Nurses in most socialist countries don't get massive wages and work shitty shifts etc. And doctors spend quite a while before they hit the big coin and even then they do have a lot of responsibility. BTW I am not in the medical field.
