I bought a WD drive a few years ago at Best Buy. It had a three year warranty and died at about 18 months. I brought it back to the store with the receipt and they still carried the same size of drive so they just swapped it out for a brand new drive.
I doubt the actual credit card number is stored on the watch. I have one of those SpeedPass keychains for Mobil gas stations that has an RFID like tag in it. It doesnt store the credit card number, but a unique ID that when I pump gas, it will read the number and charge the account associated with it. I would hope these work the same way. Kind of like how the PIN number for your debit card isn't actually stored on the magnetic strip of the card.
I work at a Best Buy and I sneaked a peek at next week's ad. It is in there for $99.99 after a $50 price drop. Since the ads are printed about 6 weeks in advance, the retailers have all known about this for awhile. Im amazed this didnt leak sooner.
Perhaps the cut footage will appear on the DVD when it comes out. Is this only the second time something bad happened to Wes Crusher? First being in the episode The First Duty.
Generally you would be best off purchasing the monitor for your system at a local store (Best Buy, Circuit City). It can cost $40 or more for shipping alone.
where did they get all those Terabytes to send?
Limewire.

At first I thought it said Opera Bowser which made me think they had some singing game at the Wii launch.
First slashdotters weren't reading the articles, and now we don't even read the POST!
I work for Best Buy; I saw none of this.
I work in appliances and do just that. Dont have to offer all the bullshit to my customers and I still get the discount.

How are they going to check the signature? This doesn't seem too secure.
Get off your high-horses, you Aasimov-worshipping, Matrix-watching, cosplay-wearing, Yoda-quoting, Jolt-drinking, computer-interfacing GEEKS!!!
I think you are in the wrong place...
..like the robot (man I would have died if one of them just stopped and wagged its arm)
not to mention the 110MB TIFF file

actually, it should wait only a few seconds and then say "It's Later". Then charge your card and send the merchandise.
There is a way to track our bills.
In Japan, they probably use the XBOX as a room divider.
Just what we need, a bunch of cloned Canadiens... Why didn't they choose to clone some Swedish chicks?
The picture that came to mind was that ride from Walt Disney World...Carousel of Progress I think?
according to Terminator 2, the world was supposed to end on August 29, 1997. I think we made it okay..

The next thing they need to make is a toilet with email reading capabilities. You can only read so many shampoo bottles...
