Make a chess board with pieces that can only be moved by players that have been attending and contributing to chess club meetings for X months. Otherwise the pieces remain stuck in place so when that jerk kicks over the board you can just put it back on the table:) It's not a nice place out there. At least that's what my parents keep telling me.../returns to basement.
Unless you mean to be playing music on all 3 of your ipods from the same account, simply deauthorize your old ipod when you replace it. It's not a secret that you can only have 5 authorized machines playing your music. Apple is certainly not the first company to offer a service that limits how many places you can use it, nor is it limited to companies offering DRMed media (think server software limited by client numbers, volume licensing, etc). Is this type of scheme just evil in your eyes?
An April Fool's day article that didn't get thru on time, maybe? Wow.

re: previews in finder
I had this same problem with AVI files that I'd view with VLC which Finder tried (and failed) to preview with QT. There is a carrot that you can use to minimize the preview, and will stop QT from trying to play the file. Side effect is now I don't get previews on image files which I kind of liked, but overall its a win.
In my opinion it's not a scam because they make it completely obvious that it is a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are not automatically scams, it's just when they lure you in and you don't realize it's a pyramid scheme until you're already signed up.
if Linux were user-friendly enough to migrate people from Windows to Linux, do you think spyware would be ineffective on Linux? Read the article, these people are WILLINGLY installing spyware to get that free weather program or file-sharing program that all their friends have. Is Linux going to protect the user from themselves? White-list accepted programs, or something along those lines? Haha..
Or, like in biology, the viruses are written for Windows because the Linux population isn't large enough to support a virus population;)

People in the stress test were hitting level 40 in about a week, just FYI. I am pretty happy with the leveling curve, although it *could* be a tad steeper after level 10 imo.
noob!
You all should meet somewhere to play games together.. no, wait.. :)

but it would be illegal for them to decrypt it under the DMCA (their own pet law), since they wouldn't have permission.
