Reynold the Cheat Commando!

Sometimes (almost never, but sometimes) Flash is worth seeing.

Yes, sometimes it is. But for the rest of it, AdBlock rocks.

Just looking at the pics, it smells of homestarrunner type humor... brilliant!

Disclaimer: I don't work for them and I'm about as close as it gets to being a 'crazy eyed bandit' when it comes to discharing my laptop battery. It has served me for 18 months before crapping out and that's with multiple deep discharges per day. A lot more than 100 discharges...

• Movie poster containing a multimedia presentation (maybe a cool Flash movie or something)
• I can now print Strongbad emails on a T-shirt!!!
• In the manner of the dvdcss code T-shirts, we can have T-shirts containing moderately large programs, such that anyone can obtain the exact code with a simply photograph (otherwise, you'd have to manually read the source code and type it in, with a huge possiblity of error)

People are still figuring it out. I mean, look at the web mid 1996. Everyone had a web page full of useless stuff, a boat load of javascript and way too many blink tags. What little content there was, was "arcissistic rantings, with no regard to what purpose they serve".

Not using flash is not an option for some people. Atleast FireFox makes it super easy to block any flash element with a small "Ad Block" tab it attached to it.

My Linux box is named Tux, but the rest of the computers ended up named after Homestar Runner characters. Mom's laptop is The Cheat, the 800MHz Pentium from UofU surplus was blessed with the Strongbad moniker, and my brother's new machine is called Coach Z because it had a giant chrome Z on the front of the case.

It's a workable system, so long as I don't get too many more machines. I cringe to think of the sort of machine that would get "The Poopsmith," and eventually you have to start using minor characters like "Gremlin," "YelloDello," "Thnicka-man," and "The Cheat's Lightswitch."

Why mark them denied? When they could be DELETED!!.

Strong Bad is marginally better quality, but it's still hardly on par with a lot of good animation out there.

Maybe it's just an exhaustion with polished, glitzy, perfect, tweaked-by-marketroids stuff. Adult Swim has to do so well for *some* reason...

but maybe they'll do it in WIIIIDDDEEESCREEEENNN.

A while ago some people were auctioning off CD's with all the cartoons from Homestar Runner on eBay. Some fans got pissed at the people selling the CD's and overbid them to millions of dollars. I've seen it happen to people trying to sell CD's of Penny Arcade strips as well.
