Ahh, the favorite tag line of every monopolist. Reminds me of a Mr. Burns quote: "I don't understand. Pigs need food, engines need coolant, dynamiters need dynamite. I'm supplying it to the world at a tidy profit...and not a single sea creature was wasted."
That console was already produced. It was the N64; but the fog never actually came out of the machine, it was just displayed on the screen.. In just about every game. Two games that stick in my mind for being particularly bad are Turok and Superman 64. Although, fogging probably helped the former.
Maybe Ridge Racer should have been delayed to polish it up? Check out these comparison shots of 360 vs PS3. I was quite shocked and had to double check I was looking at the right pics for the PS3.
Surely there is some fowl play going on here because those PS3 shots look much worse!
I've heard people claiming they've recovered their music more than once from Apple. I would hope it's just a warning to prevent loads of people relying on Apple for their backups.
Anyway it's never happened to me but I do know someone who has lost their music once and got it back by sending an e-mail to Apple.
Aren't all the audiobooks on iTunes already supplied by Audible? I would hope that the podcast would become be available through the store, even if it needed to be purchased per episode.
I would glady pay for it, however I'm pretty lazy and like having iTunes as my 'one stop shop', if you like. So if it's not available through iTunes, I don't really want to know. The show is good, but I won't miss it terribly.
It'll be interesting to see how this all pans out.
Clockwork Orange was banned in the U.K. up until Kubrick's death in 2000. Also, I'm pretty sure this ban was of Kubrick's own choosing and not down to the government of the day.
I think one of the reasons X-Files was an excellent series was because of this approach. Clever camera shots would avoid the alien or murdered body etc... and so viewers were left to create something more terrifying and detailed than the writers could have ever dreamed of.
I also think that NOA has made a mediocre job of marketing their products.
You think you've got it bad, Nintendo marketing is virtually non-existent in the UK. No wonder most shops don't have Gamecubes or Nintendo games anymore. The Gameboy and DS do fairly well, although most people probably wouldn't know about the Gameboy micro.
Same here, the last game I bought - for a console - was Killer 7. I don't even play that now. I've resorted to getting my old N64 out and started playing games like Mario, Zelda and Goldeneye again.
On a side note, as a casual gamer myself, I have found the Nintendo DS to be quite enjoyable. It may be worth a shot for you.
...Where the only winning move is NOT TO PLAY.
I was sure that would be at number one.
'3 for Vendetta'
Taiwan will only have 500 units for the whole country! Granted there are only about 23m people living there but still... why bother?

There is the bug link on the side bar: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id= 4421&atid=104421
If I were you I'd raise a bug about your problem there. At least then the developers will know about it.
HTHAnd here is where it is. Although it never used to be that blurry, previously you could just make out some of the dishes.
"No matter how many laptops you buy, you won't be able to share your life, your lessons, your beliefs, or your ideas with a laptop."
Well I don't know about that, I've met some pretty obsessive mac fans...
Yes, but now she wants ju$tice.

Try this site. I found out a load of useful information there.
No doubt it's a name inspired from the Nintendo school of marketing.
...a Wii flight simulator...
This is a great idea and I hope that Nintendo resurrects Pilot Wings for Wii. I can't wait until tommorrow's press conference.
No, it's because Shigsy is sitting there in his Link get-up brandishing his fricking master sword and shield!

It's stupefying!
You've got to love the tagging.
It is wrong. I would hope ten years is the maximum and that sentence length depends on the gravity of the crime.

And I was so looking forward to watching "Fiddler on the Roof" on my DS. Way to go Slashdot, with your misleading headlines. You suck!

Come on Nintendo Europe, sort it out!
